Bill Phillips is running for sheriff of PIMA COUNTY here in Arizona and one of his platforms is revitalizing the Animal Cruelty Task Force. You see Bill and Equine Voices founder and president, Karen Pomroy talking about the area South of Tucson called "DogPatch". It's an area where a lot of illegal activities occur and animals like Angelique have been dumped and abandoned.
