This game has come a long way, especially the locker, the briefing room, and the vehicle interactions and overall smoothness between the mechanics in the vehicles. Great game and was definitely worth my money and time.
I do appreciate you made sure the SAR crew had less distance to cover by holding your eject till you were back at the carrier. Classy move, that. Edit: Wait a second. I only just now noticed. The second time around, there was a /different/ briefing. The first time was an unknown 2 ship, the second was an unknown singleton. I knew the mission editor let you create multiple spawns for the sake of replayability, but I had no idea you could attach varying BRIEFINGS /to/ those multiple possible spawns. That's /slick/.
I like how as soon as you approached the two fighters escorting moved in behind your flight and just stayed there. If you fired they would fire and you'd all go down.
his designation is whiskey-1-1, and he contacted ATC first, so it's his wingman's fault. Tho, ATC really messed up saying whiskey-1-2 that he's cleared to take off

vtol vr and half life alyx are really fun but it’s not worth the 400$ for a headset. The games themselves are worth every penny, but having to buy the rift s or any other similar priced headset just to be able to play them makes me regret buying it a little.
In the beginning, if you look, you can see that those two launch rails point towards each other slightly. This is why it's a horrible idea to launch those two simultaneously (it wasn't your wingman's fault.)
For HOTAS and direct input sure... This game is built ground up to be VR though. Its not press a button and watch your character flip a switch. Its you reaching out with your own hands to do it. DCS in VR just can't do that. Personally, it still never gets old physically reaching up to flip on the external lights while you're waiting for the APU to start up. It's big in a big way. :D
