Always give your produce a good soak/wash in vinegar water. Even organic is sprayed with pesticides, so it’s really best to let them soak for at least 5 minutes then scrub. I wasn’t sure if you already did that off camera before the video. Also always give your hands a proper wash under water with soap before working with your produce. It’s very easy to transfer bacteria from your hands to food after touching certain surfaces (trash cans). I work in public health and you would be enthralled at how bacteria can survive on surfaces for hours/days, causing food borne illnesses. Thanks for the video! 😊

I got the same pulp strainer from nama. It works great. You need to use the black piece it comes with to push down the juice.
