Thanks, this helps, shame its not higher in search results!
There is another video where you slide the seat all the way back and remove the cover and you can replace the buckle WITHOUT removing the seat. I just did the Driver side on my 2007 Silverado and it took 15 minutes. Search : " Replacing the seatbelt latch. Suburban, Yukon, Tahoe, GMC, Chevrolet"
on UA-cam.
You DO NOT have to remove the seat.
do you need to torque either the seat mount bolts ro the belt buckle nut?
You’re too funny man🤣
The fart💨 sounds😂
I didn’t think anyone would notice! Haha!
Hey I wanted to ask will the driver part work for the passenger side , or does the passenger side have a specific part for it too work ??
The driver side will probably have more electrical connections underneath. Otherwise, it would be identical.
@@MikesGarageShop so it Can possible work?
@@MikesGarageShop if so should I buy?
Probably eat that now and later NOW. I'd say the LATER has served its time.
Its not necessary to pull the seat. Not at all. The nut for the buckle harness and wire are accessable, easily. Just move the seat forward and back to negotiate the room to pull the wire and access the 15mm nut.
You are fake news. haha!

Not tryna pull out the seat 🥴
It sucks, I know. But sometimes you make your life easier by doing hard things.
