Are you going to be selling the cell activator or sharing the recipe at some point? What are you mixing your paints with? Surprise that use the same formula to swipe and to do a bloom.

Hi Kathy! My cell activators are now available on my website manolimotion.com. They are premium high density paints mixed with Australian floetrol. And yes, these cell activators work great for swipes and blooms.
