- Round 2 of the British National Cyclocross trophy saw us head to Falkirk in Scotland to take on an absolutely brutal course. This is officially the start of the Cyclocross season as we finally have mud! This certainly didn't slow anyone down and as usual, it was full gas.

Thanks for this Giorgio. I was in the pits with your Dad for the Junior race, looking after Luke, We both said how much we were looking forward to your footage. You don’t see much from the pits, so this gives everyone a real insight into the course and conditions for those not able to race it. Great job pal. See you at South Shields.
No Problem Stephen 👌 Luke was absolutely flying and what a great result he had 💪 the pit crews are the true hero’s… you just get wet muddy and as you say don’t see much of the race 😂

Thanks Pierre 🙌 and it felt like a motor cross track… I needed an engine to keep up with the guys at the front 😂 He was very happy, it’s only taken 2 months for it’s first outing 😂

It was a bit of an epic adventure but worth it to race that course 👌 100% just go and pray to make it… or in my case just go really slow 😂

Scotland looks like a beautiful place, with perfect cross weather. That being said, your sentiments of being in Scotland reminded me of Black Adder's immortal words regarding Scotland.
Wouldn’t mind going and exploring in the summer but as you say it was perfect cross conditions 😅
😂 It was such a flying visit that we didn’t do much exploring so hopefully I will be back next year and can spend some more time in Scotland! rather than long drive, get muddy long drive home 😅😂

Thanks! I did hear some shouts on the way round and not sure if it was you but I did hear someone say that was a good remount… made me think they must of seen my dodgy remounts on UA-cam 😂 put a smile on my face going round!

It certainly was… I just need to get used to the proper cross conditions now, think I got a bit to comfortable with the dry conditions 😬
