This is a song from the movie The fifth Element. There it is sung by an avatar, a blue lady. The voice tape was put together by adding separately sung notes into one sequence. Dimash can sing all the notes one after the other all by himself, live!
Some women singers have done a decent job of singing the Diva dance (only the ones of super high caliber in terms of singing ability), but of course, none of them could go as low as Dimash, not even the alien lady in the movie.
Dimash is the best singer in the WORLD and there are no doubts about that, his voice is a prodigy of nature and a genetic marvel since his parents are two glories of singing from Kazakhstan since he was 5 years old, he sings publicly and has more than twenty years of lyrical training and graduated from the university of music, he is a singer, composer, arranger and multi instrumentalist, he plays more than seven musical instruments and sings in more than Ten(10) languages, he is also a great performer and a great artist who lives and feels music He is not an imitator of voices , Dimash has his own style and is one of the forerunners of the "Popera" he also has a very pleasant, HUMBLE and simple personality, easy access, which makes it very easy to follow, he always travels with His family and friends is a very educated person and an example to follow, he has become known for his musical talent not for getting into trouble or scandals, It has a very wide vocal range of approximately 7 octaves ,he is a singer with a wide vocal range very versatile is Baritone, TENOR , Soprano, counter TENOR, mezasoprano, everything at the same time is how to have 5 singers in one, it has a male and female voice, also many resources such as vibrato, "melismas", falsetto, Staccato, whistle tone, reaching a( D8 )live "Outside of Piano"at the concert of Gakku in an unforgettable day, at his young age he continues to improve and grow musically to perfection, he has a good physical presence he measures 191 cm or 6 "3", he is very famous and recognized in Asia and now he is becoming known In Europe and America, ALL their songs are spectacular, it always goes from low to high, soft to spectacular at the end, in my almost half a century of life I never heard so much quality and it is the hope of continuity of the classical genre because all the old tenors have already Almost all of them died and Dimash can sing like them but none of them can sing like Dimash, being a Man he sings better than any Tenor and his female voice is superior to that of any average Soprano, greetings and a hug from Venezuela🇻🇪, "Dears" Forever ❤️👍🏻 Sorry for copying and pasting my informative comment in ALL the Video reactions to Dimash what I see but I do it with the intention of sharing information about him and what I think that in the music industry there are many artists who have been successful and have no talent and are bad people and they do not set a good example for the youth, Dimash and his music deserve to triumph in America, Europe and the whole WORLD, do you want to have already read my comment please come by without problem there is always someone who for the first time knows this information and I won't get tired of sharing it with all my friends"Dear" around the world, thanks for reading and for supporting Dimash 🙏🏻S.O.S. 3:50 this is so true. I’m a mezzo in a choir and after a concert, when I’ve spent like an hour singing very high notes in my head register, for a good fifteen minutes, it’s like my lower register is blocked. I can’t even talk in a low voice. I’m stuck on high mode. The fact that his larynx is so flexible is just impressive and shows how many years of intensive work were put in.
the 16 April I was in Prague to watch Dimash live, words cant explain what you feel it was magic, divin, unique ,inimitable he is really out of this world I crying .I am so happy for this opportunity. best sentiments four you de Romania
This song was INTENTIONALLY written to be IMPOSSIBLE to sing (why, I'll never know); but why are we even surprised that Dimash can succeed where every single other male on this planet cannot??? (Let that sink in for a moment.) And that's not even mentioning the 11-note downward run in 1.5 SECONDS. Color me beyond impressed--waaaaaay beyond impressed!!
It's a song of the movie the fifth element, in the movie an alien was singing it. It was written for a female but made so complicated it was not supposed to ever be able to be sung by anyone, especially a man. The producers used a female opera singer, did the song in pieces so she could do piece by piece and a computer was used to mesh it together and fill in what she could not do. But along comes a once in a 1000 year plus talent known as Dimash and he can do it without piece work and without computerized help. That's the background of the song and it's incredible that Dimash can perform a song written to be too hard for a human to do in real life, the notes change so fast up and down and notes from low to extreme highs. Anyways enjoy, the master is at work. Also perhaps you might take a listen to Ikanaide and Know vocalized and regular. All of his music is incredible.
Thank you for your reaction. It was great. Dimash is really something special. Maybe you can react to Diana Ankudinova, she is a young gir with a beautiful lower range voice. I can promise that you want regret.
This was sung as part of the aria by the Blue Alien in the movie 'The 5th Element'. It was intentionally pieced together with from computer generated sound and a female soprano's voice to be something that no human could duplicate (because an alien was singing it). I have searched other performances of 'Diva Dance' and they are primarily done by females and the low notes are never there. There are a few pretty good renditions, but no one comes any where near to what Dimash does. I think that he does it better than the Blue Alien! Here's her performance: ua-cam.com/video/a7Dh5QoXv2c/v-deo.html

You've not seen the amazing bruce willis scifi movie 5th element? Its came out 15-20 yr ago. This song is sung by an Alien Diva in the movie- about 70% of it was sang by an opera singer, but to make the song 'alien' sounding it was composed to have a section with such rapid and big range jumps, a human couldnt sing it. For that 30%, they had to record an opera singer singing the notes seperately and put them all together with a computer. Others have tried to sing that part- all women ofcourse- and to be fair some do a pretty impressive job and dont have to change or skip that much! But this version by Dimash is incredible.
This was toward the end (I believe) of an incredible concert in Bastau! The whole concert is fantastic. Dimash has 6+ maybe even 7+ octave range, and can go from one to the other seemlessly AND no matter what register he is singing in, his voice is incredibly beautiful. Over the last couple of yrs. his lower registers are becoming more full & rich and his upper registers are still pristine. Dimash works diligently every single day of his life to be this good and he keeps getting better. The virus stopped his momentum somewhat, but he has produced an incredible amount of music/videos/on line concerts etc. during the pandemic. I can't wait until he can do concerts again! Also, he is to be coming to the USA soon and living in Ca. for a bit - who knows what will be coming from that!?! Thank you for your reaction and words.
Dimash in this song is like H-bomb in vocal arts! Very good reaction. I'm understand that there are not enough words in any languages to explain HOW Dimash did it!!! Greetings from Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The high and low parts at a fraction of second are absolutely mind boggling if you know how you vocal chord works. How do you unstretch that has been stretched so fast?
From what I can remember this diva dance song from Fifth Element was a studio construct using vocal samples digitally processed. It was given the moniker "Impossible song" as it was intended and believed to be beyond human ability.
The original sung in the Seventh Element would be impossible because a synth was used to produce a tonal duality in spots. Dimash is singing only a half-step lower, but kept nearly all of the original tonal spreads, except for the wild sixteenth note octave leaps that a synth did in the original. Watch the movie Seventh Element, a 1997 SciFi film directed by Luc Besson.
Canción llamada (el quinto elemento) fue hecha por computadora para que ningún ser humano la pudiese cantar. Sólo Dimash es capaz de cantarla. Dimash es la mejor voz del mundo.
Almost through binging your Dimash playlist. Diva Dance is originally a song from the classic 1997 sci-fi thriller “The Fifth Element” starring Bruce Willis and Milla Jovovich. For the scene the song’s composer, Eric Serra designed the piece with the intent that it would be impossible for a human to perform the high-pitch staccato sections. He had Inva Mula-Tchako, an Albanian opera lyric soprano, sing the notes individually so that they could then be arranged digitally and recorded. In the movie, this song is “performed” by an alien, Diva Plavalaguna, played by Maïwenn Le Besco. The staccati are reminiscent of "The Queen of the Night" aria from the opera "The Magic Flute." I wish Dimash would perform that vocal masterpiece once. The movie with Bruce Willis has an alien opera singer but the part Dimash does is computerized. It’s a good movie. My young teen aged son at the time had me watch the movie over and over and over with him. Probably at least 15 years ago at least. When I heard Dimash sing it, I pictured the blue alien like dressed opera singer. I think you would enjoy the movie because that’s exactly where Dimash got it from. Great reaction🇺🇸🙏
As others have commented, this was a cover of a piece from the film FIFTH ELEMENT. In the movie it was sung by an ‘Alien,’ and true to that, was comprised of performances of several Singers, as well as computer generated effects. Really loving your reactions to Dimash whom I am addicted to. I seem not to be able to go a whole day without a fix. Would like to see you react to “Know” & “Daybreak”. I’m sure my fellow Dears with more knowledge than I will be able to give you the proper versions to look for. Also, you need to have the back story to Daybreak and good English subs before you see it. Essential! Ohh….and watch the MTV version of “Screaming”. “Be With Me” is also worth a look too 😉

N o human would ever think to end a 2 hours concert with the Diva Dance! He is definitely an ALIEN.!
A vocal coach said that in this song he did 14 notes in 1.5 seconds. He repeatedly played that part of the song very slowly and counted the notes.
