A really important question that I have - increasing the distance from the eyes to the monitor, does it help? Also, is looking at the distance the same as having your eyes closed?
I'm asking these questions because I wonder if having your eyes closed or even having an "eye-day off" is good for resting your eyes (meaning that you spend a lot of the day, if not most of the day with eyes closed)?
