In one interview Biden said he had been trying to stay awake. I have had the experience of being so tired and overwhelmed that I almost fell asleep on my feet and definitely lost consciousness for a couple of seconds. Looking back at the interview, I can well believe that that's what happened to him. It's weird experience and normally I would think it's not possible ... but it happened to me and I never was under the kind of pressure that he is - and I was 40 years younger. Just my tuppence worth.

I find it interesting that when 45 had issues with Mitch McConnell this similar distant stare and facial “freezing” occurred. Almost seems like a Putin move and wouldn’t put it past them. 45 hopped up on something to look alert and then something given to Biden to slow/alter him. Something seems fishy.

Hi Ellie, glad to see a posting from you today. As someone else said, ‘a bit of sanity’. Whilst we are moving towards a ‘global citizenship’, the rise of the far right and isolation policies dismay me. Brexit to my mind was a huge mistake on so many levels. Growing up in the seventies, and having lived in the Middle East I concur with your views on the Qu’ran and the small proportion of those who follow ‘jihad’. I always relate it to the nightly news in the seventies when the IRA were bombing etc. It wasn’t all the people of Northern Ireland but a small group whose actions were extreme that made the news. Now that we have a new Labour government, whilst it’ll never be labelled as ‘undoing Brexit’ can you see the UK rejoining the EU in the future? My thoughts are that it’ll be done by treaties and agreements but would be interested in seeing what the UK’s role in Europe would be. Thanks

A guest geriatric specialist on "Shrinking Trump" stated that cold medication could have been the source of his problems in addition to exhaustion and his upper respiratory infection.
Dear Ellie, I love your videos and your readings!!! However, I disagree with your comment at about 13:05 that a Democrat president would not change the "presidential immunity" ruling. I believe, and certainly hope, that Democrats are too smart to allow "presidential immunity" to stand. They should be well aware that the US founding founders believed and stated that NO PERSON is above the law. That was one of the key issues for breaking away from England. I hope and believe that a Democratic president would overturn the SCOTUS ruling on the knowledge and understanding that a Republican president at some future date could use that ruling to totally lay waste to the US democracy. Truly, that particular ruling is a blatant abrogation of the Constitution and founding documents of the United States.
