    Best thing I've found to just simply catch fish on a post spawn day, the first prefrontal storm after a week of constant 80° weather. Big and small, all bass get out for that first big cool down storm. Caught almost 50 today in 3 hours.

    I live in the northeast. Had the chance to fish Florida, lake toho a week ago and what a difference. The water felt like bath water already and fish were so active. Caught a bunch, biggest was a 5.5lber. Get back up here in the northeast and it’s a struggle at the moment. I’m finding fish but only 3-5 in a two hour session. The lake I fish is interesting because it has crappie, blue gill, carp, some shad and largemouth.

    up north we do have bait fish lol. tons of 2"-3.5" shiners that the bass go crazy for but they do there thing early spring in shallow creeks that feed into lakes and rivers. also have smelt and some shad but we don't get to experience the shad spawn.

    Hey Tyler I have a question. I was watching your tackle unboxing video from two years ago. I saw that you were getting everything in packs of 3 or 6, and was wondering if I have to change the quantity from 1 to 3 or 6 or if I leave it at 1. Also when you order from Strike Kings website does it come from the factory or do I go somewhere else to order from the factory.

    • @TylersReelFishing
      @TylersReelFishing  2 роки тому +1

      The strike king website orders just like tackle warehouse or bass pro. You order 1 pack of something, you get one pack.
      The old way of ordering in bulk is gone

    I was on a lake house vacation and I wasn’t catching much bass at all! I caught only three on hit my tiny bitsy bug jig when I was reeling it in on the top of the water and I could two on soft plastic strike king creature baits, I really couldn’t tell what stage they were in but I was really struggling to catch bass and I was fishing right around docks. FYI this was in Kentucky. Anyways I was hoping you might know the reason why?

    • @TylersReelFishing

      The bass there are most likely spawn to post spawn. Sometimes it be like that. Not much I can really tell you without being there myself
