It ain’t cheap, but it’s fuckin worth it. That bottom end will last forever. Dark Horse crank, they probably installed Timken bearings, it truly is one of the best builds I’ve seen on UA-cam personally.
@@jcsperformance2778 With 594 lift cams and high lift valve springs there will be alot of stress on the camchains and the tensioners allowing inaccuracey in cam timing. I found, with S&S 640 cams, that the extra pressure from the (AT&T) valve springs caused the lifters to 'bounce' about on the ramps of the cams causing premature wear to them - I then fitted gear drive cams in order to minmise this. The lifters are Hylift-Johnson, the oil pump and camplate were Screaming Eagle but the camplate was damaged by the oil pump rotors which I replaced with S&S TC3 oil pump and an S&S camplate.
This is my bike
Huge thank you to JCS performance, the motor is healthy and very toque based;
Very happy with everything about this motor build!
It was a fun project. Thanks for giving us the opportunity
Your dynas straight legit homeboy💯
Do you have IG? You need to get some riding footage. It’s rare to get good footage of big bore dynas !
@@hybridEP3yeah I do it’s the same as my UA-cam but with an underscore between etx and FXDLS
So how much did you spend
Wow, I'm jealous ! Myself growing up , this stuff wasn't available like it is now. Oh well , I'm 70 , my 96 scares me. Ha , ha
All that great work and parts and no timken conversion on the sprocket side?
WOW WOW WOW.... You guys are masters of your art... LOVE IT!
Amazing build! Wish I had guys like you closer to me. Attention to details… not skipped.
Awesome video!
How many miles were on this engine to have those worn parts on them?
Guru!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For the cam, what size should you use?
GREAT VIDEO...CAN'T WQIT TO COMPLETE MY 124 BUILD....
Love the channel ❤❤
How many KMs did the original engine have, been thinking of doing a stage 4 on my rocker c using the S&S 110 power package
In our personal opinion, we do not recommend ANY bolt on 110 kits. Cylinder walls are very thin and cause over heating, and poor ring seal.
How much does this engine build cost
About the same as buying a whole bike.. not cheap

S&S big bore kit, Dark Horse trued and balanced welded crank and you're still using chain drive cams ......
Yes

Don't ya have to break the motor in first.?
Before Dynoing, aways.
Do you know the mileage on the 110 before tear down?
7500 but it was missing parts hence the tear down
@etxfxdls that's a bunch of worn out parts for seventy five hundred miles.
@@GladImnotU69 no o ring on the oil pump destroyed the whole cam chest so because it messed up the crank just went ahead and built a striker out of it
