INCREDIBLE !!!!!!! I can't imagine anyone not wanting to live there, I myself would first be crying like a baby for that possibility. Then I would be delirious, ecstatic, supremely happy living there, Hawaii and the tree house. Although living in Hawaii within itself would/could be wonderful. I'd never leave. Sir, you are incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to have both. At first I thought you owned it and lived there all the time, but it's still a great relaxing environment and how wonderful that people would have the opportunity to stay there. Just fantastic !!! 💜
On the Big Island of Hawaii is so beautiful and green cause of the amount of time it rains, it rains a lot there 💧💦☔☁🌈 I was born and raised in Honolulu Hawaii and love that I get to wake up to the beauty of this island, and our gorgeous beaches we have here 😍😍 I didn't even know there was a tree house up on the Big Island...lol well the last time I was there I was just a kid, and now more than ever I wanna see this beautiful tree house, Mahalo so much for sharing...Aloha
I lived in the volcano area of the Big Island for the first 40 yrs. of my life. Moved to the rat race on Oahu because that's where the jobs were. Really miss the place. Still got family in Hilo town (about 30-40 minutes away. Great boar hunting out there and for sure you'd want some source of heat because that place is wet, rainy, foggy and can get really chilly especially at night. Glad you experienced it!
This is amazing! I am moving into a van to travel and work in film/tv and I love this treehouse so much! I want to save while living in my van and one day buy land a treehouse of my own
That’s cute! My sister got married at a treehouse and that was some pretty scary stuff having to climb the spiral stairs and feeing the whole place shift even the slightest bit anytime the wind blew or someone walked across it! The scariest part was having to go pee and feeling the whole place shifting around when you had your pants down and made you feel quite vulnerable because the only thing you could do was hold onto something next to you knowing that even if you hang on, no matter what you hang onto was also going to crash to the ground with you if the whole place fell and there wasn’t a damn thing you could do if it did! I’m sure that takes getting used to, but the whole thing was still pretty cool!
One of the Best Places to Live " Hawaii " living there cost a lot but look at all you get !!! Paradise for Sure .HA HA Can't be to large to fit threw the rabbit hole to the bedroom ! I Love it would love to stay for a short visit .
@Joey Thanks for sharing this beautiful home. Im finishing mine on Olago Bay, you are all welcome to Olago Bay Tree House Experience on Africa's largest lake.
Inez Neal that's nature... It's amazing.. and I don't think so it need so much of maintenance.. there are lucky people living over there.. I can mange...
This treehouse is great 🙌 just one thing I didn’t like was that the restroom was literally next to the tv, although they have that glass that’s not transparent, the last thing I wanna know when I’m dropping a huge one is that the family and friends are watching sports or a movie just outside that door...literally hahah
Right! We did not want to leave but this was our first stop in Hawaii. We had so many crazy adventures and some of them are on video with more to come but if i we're to go back. I go back to the treehouse
Joey Riz right!? Lol it’s the simplest of things that we can take for granted & that’s just Mother Nature herself. & all the beautiful surroundings she creates. & as long as we can “work w/her vs. against her.” It can be such an amazing experience! As we call all & you clearly seen & experienced. Thanks for sharing....New Subscriber! ☺️🙏🏽
Thanks 🙌🏼 I have some more travel Vids coming soon. I need to get on more Hawaii stuff but I am working on a Bermuda one now. Share if you feel like it ❤
Questions. 1. So the owners probably rent this place for a pretty penny, correct ? 2. It was professionally built so it's a permitted structure, correct ? 3 Do you know anything about the building techniques ? I'm sure many watching this video would like to build something similar. 4. I gather that the house has running water, a bathroom, sink, stove, electric, etc ? That means you must have a noisy generator ? A water catchment system with filters and pumps ?
1 Not as much as you would think with what you get. check their website 2 Treehouse Masters 3 Watch Treehouse Masters I love the show 4 Only rainwater, it's collected and pumped into the house for showers and washing, no drinking. The bathroom has a composting toilet. The house runs off of batteries at night and generator only runs for a short time during the day. Great setup but i think they will try and do solar also soon
I've been watching lots of videos about building off the grid in Hawaii but you soon learn that living off the grid can be a lot more difficult than it sounds. Many videos about building with shipping containers but those things can be like living in a tin can - either too hot or too cold. And the problem with wood is that the termites attack it in Hawaii. Seems like the best alternative would be to use pressure treated wood. Boric acid or Borax can help to kill termites. Do you have any idea how this tree house is protected from insects ?
I'm totally stealing this idea. Sorry Gail and Robert. I'm copying this almost exactly. Next to the hoh rainforest in Washington 🙌 bought the land. I'm almost ready to build
For ethical reasons, I will not make joking comments about Hawaii, because at the time of uploading this video Volcano was not awake. If someone is going to call me an idiot (or worse), please do not be so obvious, be at least subtle. In short, there is nothing that makes me return to Hawaii.
Volcano is always awake because the big island is the newest island. The eruptions are an unfortunate natural event. Can't be afraid to live your life.

Rats. Ttey have all sorts of rodent probs. Anyplace people flourish u get too many animals. Cold places keep away a mrirude of undesirable beings.
It's only good for presentation. The real life will be terrible, high humidity, moulds, bed smells, etc.

If I was in my 20s now I would do the same. I'm a bit older but I have done quite a bit of editing work for film and tv

It's amazing.. and I don't think so it need so much of maintenance..
there are lucky people living over there.. I can mange...
What the heck does "I don't money job" mean? What language are you speaking? You don't English either.
Wow amazing
All flower's looks fake because of the rain 😂
But this is such a nice place. Beautiful 😍👌🏻
Greetings from cold Germany 🥶🙋🏻♂️

Beautiful treehouse, do they have an AirBnB link by any chance? I couldn't navigate their site very well.
Here you are. I will also added it to the description 👍
01:20 lol " it is a real tree house, it is built in the trees" lmao, sorry but really found that comment funny!

I didn’t even know places like this existed here
It's fantastic.
You threw that out, I caught it! ;) Lol!
is this a air bnb or something?
I am in awe. This is my dream to just live out in the woods, like a Hobbit.
Neighbor has binoculars...👀🔭🙀😆🤣 At least a shower curtain.
Ha! I was not worried about it. It really is very secluded.
Joey Riz 😎 cool love Hawaii.
Nah, no need shower curtain.. That's why you are in a tree house and surrounded by nature...
Looks awesome Joey!
I hope there are no infestations.
None at all!
incredible
Lady who opened the top of the door scared me, was not expecting that when focusing on the door for the top to open and a face appear
This is all I want in a house!
Right! We did not want to leave but this was our first stop in Hawaii. We had so many crazy adventures and some of them are on video with more to come but if i we're to go back. I go back to the treehouse
May we know how much it cost to stay ....A Week ? Thanks
Link for B and B rental not working.
Yes they have sold the property... I need to change some info sorry
So where in Oahu is this B&B located??? Is it near Koalua Ranch??? And how much to rent it for 1 week?
This is on the big island near the volcano. Links in description
Would like to see how you got hot water and how you got electricity, other than that... It is perfection.
Well they ran a generator during the day that charges batteries that give you enough energy for the night! Very cool stuff
N. oort
Rainwater . No a/c.
haha
I could quite happily live there forever 🌴
Dude, you are so WINDED by just going up the stairs and you are pretty young for that.
That's not winded. That's steep stairs holding a camera without dropping it
Wow
Yea, how much? Even tho I no plans for Hawaii.
You need to make some plans then 😁! It was $1000 for 3 nights and worth it! May depend on when you travel. Contacts are in the description.
Would love to do this!
sweet
Ant book here. Link says not authorized. Maybe they closed for COVID ?
My home town ❤ just saw this for sale actually
kyle pelletier How much they want??
Wait really for sale? Weird. Place is amazing
I WANT TO LIVE IN A TREEHOUSE 💚
Really was a childhood fantasy come to life. Climbing up and down the latter to get to the second floor.
Even if they can see you, you can still anything you want😉
Are there many mosquitoes?
There were zero when I went in September
When you realize you’ve been living wrong the entire time..... 😬😑🤦🏻♀️💆🏻♀️
This was my exact feeling first time I walked up on it

Joey Riz Oh! I already did....lol to my father. & others. He travels a lot to Kauai! But he’s sooooo missing out on this.

I need to go back
@@JoeyRiz I would too, can you tell me exactly which city on big island that's in?
@@alechamid235 it's a mile from the entrance to volcano national park.
❤❤❤❤
I'm totally stealing this idea. Sorry Gail and Robert. I'm copying this almost exactly. Next to the hoh rainforest in Washington 🙌 bought the land. I'm almost ready to build

Joey Riz Thanks, you have been subtle.
How much was it to stay?
3 nights for around $1000 and well worth it. I'm sure it varies though
💕
Why fish eye tho
It was a go pro and wanted 4k. There are some lost adjustments you can make but wanted the whole frame
There is no snake? 😨🤔
No snakes in Hawaii, only at the zoo. We got Mongoose.
This place must have been destroyed during the last lava flow. Cause the link doesn't work any more.
Nah... I think.the sold it
😻😻😻😻😻😻❤️❤️❤️❤️
How was it powered?
Generator out in the shed. We ran out of power one night but it was alright lol.
How much?
Actually very reasonable. They provided us with everything we needed pretty much aside for a full meal. 3 nights was about $1000 and well worth it.
free
Wow it would suck carrying groceries to the house xd
I did it. Was there for 4 days. It was not too bad but those stairs are steep lol
Take a sec to breathe mahn😹
lol
Wonder how it looks now after the volcano
The eruption is not anywhere near the tree house. It should be just fine
How much weed would you smoke there ?
I did not try to get any in Hawaii but I'm sure it would be great lol
A shit ton ! 😀420
Morning glory.. and evening glory
Haw ekskabe from fire 👨🚒🔥🇩🇰
