Where are the women in fintech?

I had the privilege of moderating a discussion with influential women in fintech: Ronke Kuye, CEO of SANEF Limited; Branka Mracajac, CEO of 9PSB_NG; Yemi Keri, Founder of Heckerbella ; Dr (Mrs) Markie Idowu, CEO of Xpress Payment Solutions Ltd; and Kemi Okusanya, CEO of Hydrogen during the Women in Fintech Forum at the recently concluded Digital Pay Expo.
Witnessing a stage filled with these accomplished women, who collectively bring over 100 years of experience in financial services, was truly inspiring. Their diverse backgrounds and wealth of knowledge provided a rich foundation for the discussion, highlighting both the challenges and opportunities within the industry. They also shared their personal journeys which had everyone taking down notes.
