Hey Penuel, free therapists are available at clinics seemingly their availability is being treated like a secret. Anyone can inquire at their local clinic and ask for their name to be added to the Dr's appointment book. In my area we have one that comes to our clinic Mon & Tue and goes to the next kasi Wed & Thu, every week!
The same way people fear to go get tested in local clinics ,Imagen going to Clinic to confirm all that they have been gossiping about you as your neighbour. Tjoe,it's honestly hard shame.

However, I believe it would be beneficial to have a Bible scholar join you in discussing various biblical misconceptions and exploring the truths found within God's Word. The goal should not be to simply convince people of a particular viewpoint, but rather to educate and provide clarity. Many people embrace Christianity without truly understanding its foundation, often only following what works best for them individually. I personally would welcome the opportunity to engage in such a discussion with you, but I also recognize that there are numerous brilliant Bible scholars who could provide valuable insights on these matters concerning Christianity. I really like Penuel what he's doing with his platform. He's actively going out there in the trenches, asking deep, uncomfortable questions that most people don't have the courage to. Especially in the case I am in, I'm still 21 years and as I listening carefully and take in what he discusses on mutiple episode. I learn and take in on different topics on how life and different aspects affect people. What mistakes to avoid and what to do in the future, to reach a particular outcome you desire throught other people's experiences. I now look at people like Bianca with a 3d lens instead of a 2d lens because now I realise that they are human like me and you.
I didn't expect the first 20 mins to be such a real and deep conversation. I hope Penuel knows that he's making a significant impact with this podcast. There might be a few voices making noise in the dark corners where they are swallowed by their misery, who think someone needs to be perfect in order to have these conversations. However, I think people speaking about their struggles and imperfections, as well as the work it took to overcome them is exactly what we need from these platforms. I believe these conversations are a net positive for most of the people watching, listening and learning something from the guests and Penuel himself.

Booked Myself into therapy at a public hospital for free after having a family session with my mom and sister last month at tambo memorial hospital ....which was my first experience of therapy which encouraged me to pursue therapy on my own we were consulted by a very professional clinical psychologist❤❤ ....i say this to say there are a lot of free services that are provided ... as the black youth it would help us to take advantage and get on a self improvement journey lets get rid of the stigma of "therapy is too expensive " and lets make prioritize our mental health❤

Great episode. Narcissists do utilize gaslighting((Bianca's example of cheating and the cellphone) as one of their defense mechanisms. I'm no psychologist but I realized later on through therapy that I was raised by one.

I think narcissism has a spectrum... and we all have tendencies to tap into it. The issue for me is when people use it to manipulate others.
Totally in agreement, we all tap into it unknowingly. But then there are those extreme cases
