Uk here, i have the same colour and wheels, mines a 1.2T Sports Edition but also with heated seats & steering wheel, loving it so far, it's 3 years old with 19k on clock, so far loving but wary on the wetbelt going forward, reason why i got 3 year warranty on top, thx for an honest view on it.
I still drive the Corsa lite B, it's a unit!! All these new small cars don't drive like Corsa lite does. Unfortunately for me this price is to high on new corsa :(
Hi, there! I’m glad you’ve had a good ownership experience with your current Corsa. The prices of new cars are through the roof! But they are so advanced now, so their prices are justified. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Thank you so much, Lihle! Got my hands on the latest Opel Corsa Edition, so I might do a long term test with it in the near future, so stay tuned.😎 Thanks for watching!
I just got my 15th opel. I opted for the 2023 opel corsa lite. Got a true good deal i wont lie. Happy so far. But would love to know if someone else is driving this exact car and what mileage youse get on the open road
@drivenautozar will it be the opel corsa lite model though? I know from empty empty to full tank it takes 44L. I'd love to see what you get on the open road for eg just highway driving without traffic. Will await your feedback, thank you foe the reply.👍🏼👊🏼
@@shaunfourie2465 hi, Shaun. It’s gonna be the Edition model, but it uses the same engine and 6-spd transmission as the lite, so the figures will be very similar. Let’s chat after this weekend👍😎
@drivenautozar 100% yes. Exact same kw and nm. I wish so much I could've got the 2023 edition model. But nothing to be found at all. So I had to settle for the lite without the reverse camera and fog lights which I beleive is the only difference between the 2. Thanks brother, will await your video or feedback
Hi, Shaun! So I drove the Corsa from Joburg to Welkom and back yesterday, and here are my findings: On the N1 South with mostly relaxed driving, it get around 5.8l/100km. After my pit stop for some coffee, I’d do more frequent overtakes and allowed the Corsa to stretch its legs a bit more. Because the road is a bit of a downhill, I was getting 5.9l/100km. On the N1 North, it was more uphill and I was getting a bit of range anxiety so I’d set cruise control between 115-119km/h. I’d do the occasional overtake, but not as enthusiastically as I’d like to, and the Corsa returned 7.1l/100km. After refuelling at Kroonvaal Engen, I returned back to my normal driving style all the way back home and the Corsa gave me 6.3L/100km. I’d say that, with all of these figures combined, with my driving style, it returned an average of 6.3L/100km, which isn’t bad considering that I’ve got a bit of heavy right foot and I enjoy seeing cars in the same segment of the Corsa struggle to keep up in my rear view mirror every now and then.😁 I hope this gives you as much detail as you needed, and I wish you many enjoyable trips on the Lite side of life!👍🥳
Hi, Nanzyen. Surprisingly not! I saw that the 1.2n base model was taken off the website briefly, then it came back. But I’d say the Corsa Lite is worth the extra money!
The corsa is still a great vehicle. Will Opel actually bring the e-Corsa in 2024, if so how will that impact the sales of the petrol powered equivalent?
Hi, there! I doubt that it will be brought to SA for now as there are challenges in terms of infrastructure and competition, but fingers crossed, things change in the near future! Thank you for watching and engaging with our content!😎
Since the review, I’ve driven it for an additional 2 months/8,500km. I wouldn’t change it for anything else at the price point! Thank you for watching, Boetie Phori!
I've been eyeing this vehicle for a while and keep coming back to this review.

😂😂 Hi, Kevin! Glad I could make your day. Thank you, and welcome to the channel!
I’m not too sure who is amazing between your voice or the car ❤
Thanks for the kind words, Noluthando!! If you haven’t done so yet, please subscribe to the channel😉🥹
Wait, so the corsa lite isn't the base model of the range?
