What worked for me to get spotless radiant skin. - Eat nutritious food and have sufficient water. This assists all skin type to glow. Do keep in mind these during your day.
Celebrities often talk about having at least 7 glasses of water every day for good skin. It's a thing one can depend on.
Maintain your face clear from pollution and dust. I know it's not simple, but one have to try.
Clean the face with normal water first, then use a soft face wash twice a day, during the morning and night. Also, wash your facial skin with water whenever you move out in your sun.
Use only soft face wash like litlextra riceberry face wash.
Always use sunscreen when one go outside. It's important.
Apply riceberry vitamin c serum for facial daily, it fades blemishes and gives bright skin.
Keep active. Take walks regularly.
These are my tips for glowing skin, founded on my experience. I hope these help you achieve beautiful, glowing skin that everybody admires.

For Am recommend adding Alpha Arbutin along with VitC for hyperpigmentation. For PM recommend replacing VitC with Retinol. As for sunscreen, it’s not mandatory after VitC but mandatory after Retinol the day after. And in any case, if you can’t afford anything else, just eliminate everything and use sunscreen.
Also check ingredients so there’s no essential oils, denatured alcohol and fragrance.
No makeup wipes please! Too abrasive and tend to have alcohol. Best to use cotton pads or your finger tips.
Under eye cream, if you have budget constraints they tend to be too expensive, just use regular moisturizer. Also use petroleum jelly for lips. That’s cheap and best. Just get fragrance free version to eliminate contact dermatitis
retinol is the one and only , tried and tested anti-ageing active and she did not even mention it
@@Iambackagaintowin No. Where did you learn that? It's hydroquinone you are talking about. Retinoid is the only scientifically proven anti-ageing, collagen booster
Hi can you tell if we can use multi-peptide serum & salicylic acid serum on the same night one after the other ? The brand I'm using is minimalist
@@pallavidhabekar4958 if the PH is similar you can, but minimalist websites say they’re 2 different PH. I’d recommend giving atleast 2 hours gap between using them. Start with salicylic coz it cleans out the pores and then peptides.
@@hellostranger2012 that retinol is ONLY prescribed by a dr. The ones over the counter are not retinol but retinoids, a weaker form.

Replace vitamin C serum with a retinol serum at night. Don't use make up wipes as it's really bad for skin. Double cleanse with a gel cleanser after the balm cleanser instead.
Wipes are bad for environment too.
