Instead of a number, I'd say anything long enough to smooth out the water surface or waving grasses, etc.

Thanks for the comment. I totally agree. It's more than just a number. Stay safe.

Hey dude. Final image ... wow. love it. I would agree 2-5 seconds or above depending on what you are doing. But as you said, there is actually no set time to say where it starts or ends etc. You thought there would be or even go exposure, medium exposure to long exposure. I do need ot get some ND filters though.

Hey Marus. Hope your doing ok? how's the broken arm? Think of what exposure is to understand that we actually manipulate the exposure to create different effects. I think this is why there is not set rule and more a photographers judgment. Stay Safe.

Hi Steve hope you're well. GrGreat video and thoughts on long exposure, agreed around 10 seconds and above I would say is a long exposure, or in my case anything I can't handhold without getting a blurred image 😅. Great set of images, the final one is my favourite, it took me a while to work out where you were stood. Looking forward to the indoor long exposure, maybe something I can follow along a try out.
Best wishes stay safe Jon and Karen

@@lensmanonline Hey Jon. Hope you are well. The long exposure at home is a very simple setup. You have just done a video about a DIY backdrop, well don't pack it away as you will need it. Oh, and no filter needed for it either. Stay Safe.
