This is a definite favorite for me!
I’m at the end of the talking part, having listened whilst playing a video game, and my bloated tootsies in a bucket of cool water. Saw my doc today, got bloodwork and will be getting thigh and leg ultrasound soon - my symptoms she says are more cold weather ones, but it’s the end of May 2,021. I have to say, that although I obviously didn’t follow all the instructions herein, that this is one of the most beautiful hypnosis sessions I’ve come across. It reminded me of many other beautiful things, and I have also gotten further in my game than I have previously! HA!
Thank you for this, and I will be replaying it in about an hour’s time when I do go to bed.

Hi Joe. That sounds like somthing i had in 2011 called CAN. It was caused by a medication called Minocycline. Consider getting off any of those medications, the side effects are awful.

Im kinda in new in hypnosis meditation. I should listern to it when i'm sleeping or awake?
Either is fine - however I suggest looking at the title, if it has sleep in the title then listen when you go to bed and allow yourself to fall asleep during it. If it does not have sleep in the title then it will have a prompt at the end to re-alert yourself.
Why does it say "do not listen if you have a psychiatric condition"?
Likely a regulation from governing "medical experts". They hate the idea of us healing ourselves.

Actually there is backing music but it is so very very quiet. I will make some without music.
