Just get Ruan Mei. 4 stars DPS are completely fine. You can pull for DPS when there's a better option. Blade is still good but you might as well try to get someone more than just good.

@@normalpairbecause fully upgraded Seele ultimate crit dmg should be around 80k+ to be great rather than 50k... because 50k is around 1~2 E crit for a decent build Seele...
