Just a quick note for those of you scrolling down the comments and wondering why my comments have vanished. It's because last year I deleted my "Brand Account" on here, and I failed to realize this had the side effect of deleting ALL the comments I'd made on UA-cam up to that point.
Interestingly enough, the "Skeleton Flyby" cutscene music would get remixed 11 years later in a spongebob game called "Lights, Camera, Pants!" in the stage "The Bouncers". Lights, Camera, Pants just touched up things like the tempo and instruments to make it sound more suitable for a 2005 release. Both games seem to have the same composers though. Here is the remix: ua-cam.com/video/men3bxVzoCU/v-deo.htmlm10s
That gives me hope that the composer still has the source files. Wouldn't it be great if this soundtrack were re-recorded using modern digital intruments?
For me, it was the Windows version of the Heart Attack that scared me. (Seriously. I was scared enough that I had a hard time going to a Burger King one night in 5th grade...)
@@killcount6534 I have memorized about 5 of the songs here, so they don't scare me that much anymore though they are(Except for about 2 of those 5) still scary even without gross and disturbing body pictures
Spine flyby music lives rent-free in my head. Also I swear the larynx played the lungs music in the main part of the game. Maybe it was just a slight Mandela Effect. Also I remember having had the Windows version when I had lost the DOS version, and it sucks that in that version, the digestive system flyby movie was missing.
is there a possibility that you'll be able to post the other Knowledge Adventure soundtracks, like for 3D Dinosaur, Undersea, SPEED, Space, and Kids' Zoo?
I had the Cd-Rom of this game and the sound was higher quality, but this is the only soundtrack out there so I guess it will have to do(personally I think the CD one is scarier) If I still had the CD I would have looked to see if the disc had any extractable files but not knowing if it does I don't want to track it down on ebay especially if I get a bad one
Funny how things stick in one's memory. If ever I hear or read the word oesophagus, in my mind I'm hearing "stomach" immediately after. The American pronunciation of "duodenum" is also ingrained.
Why do some of these tracks feel like they'd fit a Chubbyemu video? Probably because of the shared subject matter, and both this soundtrack and the Dustforce one have this similar "eerie" vibe that fits someone fending for their life from the inside...
@@DiddyKT2 i figured much so, since the only way i was able to listen this game's general midi (Roland Sound Canvas) option was to use dosbox and a midi loop past-thru to a vsti plugin i use.
It sounds like this because it's using extremely cheap "FM synthesis" for everything. the Sega Genesis also used FM synthesis, but the Soundblaster 16 used in this game sounds cleaner
Not sure if anyone can help, but I'm using SoundBlaster 16 just like in this video but my 3D Body doesn't sound the same. The instrumentation is way off. Using DOS Box.

this OST is really underrated among soundblaster music of the era's games. definitely one of the best.
This is the game that started my lifelong journey toward becoming a medical student today!
This is an amazing testament to what these type of games can do!
Congratulations hope it went well. These games are great, I wish peoole still made them like they used to.
I hope you can find out the cure for Coronavirus with this soundtrack
Then the game did it's job. Where you are, Knowledge Adventure, you did good.
This Game Soundtrack is What Sent me into Creating Dark Medical Induced Industrial Music. SAME GAME! TOTALLY DIFFERENT PATHS!

Oh my god! I just watched the video, and you're right. They did use that song for the Spongebob game. Did not see that coming.
Wow it sounds so out of place too
That gives me hope that the composer still has the source files. Wouldn't it be great if this soundtrack were re-recorded using modern digital intruments?
Well, if the audio files on the CD are still in .midi or .mod format, you could still edit and remaster the originals, technically
Would have never known. This is golden information! Thank you!
When I was about 7 years old... this game's music scared the crap out of me as a kid. No joke! Still one great soundtrack!
For me, it was the Windows version of the Heart Attack that scared me. (Seriously. I was scared enough that I had a hard time going to a Burger King one night in 5th grade...)
Same for me. I listen to them now im all like "what the hell was so scary?"

10:27 this sounds like The Bouncers from Lights Camera Pants! Of course this was by one of the composers for that game's OST.
Welcome to 3D Body Adventure 00:17

Ear, Eyes, and Larynx personally has the best track
If a group like Pink Floyd recorded this it'd probably be hailed a masterpiece.

I got the Windows version just a few years ago, and I was stunned to see that one movie was missing.

17:40 that song gave me nightmares as a kid. I had the windows version. And it sounded much scarier then the Packard bell version
in the WINDOWS remake of Undersea Adventure the emergency game is used in the 3-D Undersea World IF Memory is correct.
yeah i happened across the windows versions because of school catalog, and good to job with the OST! Happy New years!
Rocky54167 Oh my gosh, if you could upload the music from the Windows version I would be so, so very grateful. Or, heck, even just the movies.
Don't forget the Emergency Game music was also used in _JumpStart 2nd Grade_ for the Ice Cave activity.
They should make a VR port of this software!

Quick reply, thanks! But yeah, if at all possible, that'd be awesome.
***** What's nuts is that the Heart Flyby theme sounds like a song you'd hear in an early Sega Genesis Sonic the Hedgehog game.. crazy isn't it?
YO THIS IS FIRE

The Nervous System theme reminds me of Archaeology for some reason.
I imagine a creepy hospital with that theme
