This was my email request. I am impressed not only by the machine, but by the fact that the company would immediately go out and test the material. Seriously considering this machine now, as much for what seems to be stellar customer support as for it's capabilities.
We are very sorry. Currently, the European version of 220V can only be shipped from China, which will involve shipping costs and tariffs. We need to quote based on your country. For specific details, you can contact our marketing department: nymolabs@outlook.com
Mild steel is carbon steel with a carbon content of less than 0.25%. It is also called mild steel because of its low strength, low hardness and softness. Because the carbon content is in a range, it may be softer or harder than the material in the video. If you plan to use NBS-6040 to process mild steel, it is recommended to buy a milling cutter that is much harder than the material. Now is our Spring Festival holiday, after the holiday, we will consider doing some tests.

Do you think my NBS 6040 could mill mild steel with a shallow DOC and slower feeds and speeds

Need to shorten the endmill, will even cut better
Wow! You are a professional! We used existing milling cutters and did not buy new ones😊
Is this a prettyhard material?
A material that is harder than brass and softer than stainless steel.😀
