@@jasonruggles4622 Blocking roads is not peaceful protesting. It is causing a disturbance which is definitely not peaceful. This is why they always go to jail. Peaceful protest would be standing on the side of the road holding signs up, calling people on the phone in a mass calling scheme, handing out papers to people walking by, and there are many other peaceful protest, but blocking the road is NOT one of them. Thus, it is a trip to jail for refusing to move when told.

These protestors should consider organizing similar protests against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, who has been responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands of his own citizens, or the staggering number of casualties, which has reached 940,000, caused by internal conflicts in Middle Eastern countries like Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, and Pakistan. It's puzzling why there seems to be a disproportionate focus on Israel, which could be seen as a manifestation of anti-Semitic sentiments and racism. Pure and simple. After all how did the Hamas get so many weapons and concrete to build those underground tunnels if they are occupied?
