If Alvin Lee were a superhero, he would be the flash. Rarely, but once in a while, a musician comes along with a real gift a gift. It is not absorbed from the outside, but flows like a fountain from within his soul, this was Alvin Lee. He didn’t want to be a rock ‘n’ roll star and he didn’t want millions of dollars he just wanted to play his music. Alvin, I thank you for all the entertainment. You provided us through the years while you were with us. You left us too soon, and I am angry at the surgeon who botched your surgery because you should still be here with us. Peace.
