Lemmy is awesome! however, on the exhaust clip, there is alot of audio "distortion" or "clipping". not to be mean, but please tell me you guys know what im talking about. at 1:40, when the bike is revved, you almost cant determine the details of the sound due to heavy audio distortion. amazing video otherwise, great editing and great audio capturing on Lemmy's voice.
I have the V&H Competition slip-ons just like you have on the Muscle. I have the stock air cleaner and no fuel controller. The pipes sound great when idling and accelerating but I get a lot of deceleration popping. Would a Fuel Pack or Power Commander eliminate the decel popping or do I have to live with it? I keep getting run around answers from the dealer on this $500.00 question.
+Barack Blows You may not be able to completely eliminate deceleration popping, but a fuel controller can definitely go a long way to improving the situation. You'll likely get smoother acceleration as well. -DrewZilla

I have a 2013 muscle. it has the stock vance and Hines slip-ons. they sound good but I'm looking for a black out look. what exhaust can I put that is black and has that sound or better?
The only black slip-on we have is the Bassani 4". If you want the whole exhaust to be black, we have the Vance & Hines Full System in Black. Neither we nor Vance and Hines has tested the fit with mid control kits, so we cannot guarantee compatibility. If the mid kit uses a linkage to control the brake master cylinder in its stock forward control location, that linkage is likely in the way of where the Vance and Hines exhaust would fit. -DrewZilla
Imo, the competition slip ons look meh, and have the worst sound of the duel exhaust options. TAB slash cuts look and sound better. As for 2 into 1 systems, same situation. Akropovic is far superior in all aspects and only like 100$ more.

I’m new to this, I have a 2017 Vrod muscle that I recently purchased, so do I need to get my bike tuned, I have no modifications either air whatsoever

I have found a 2014 Vrod with 2200 kms.(900mi.) on it. But the exhaust is scorched brown ? What would cause that?

The quiet baffle reduces the sound just a few (2-3) decibels. Even with the quiet baffle, it's a little louder than the slip-ons. -DrewZilla
