Love tuning in to the local news, hearing about the weather and then about the new dragon invasion

@@tuver4 it's not. It stays there till you finish the quest. Also, it's at the silent moons bandit camp in the room you find the closed door.
Some BS about "Here's what I did to get an epic spear, oh btw bandits stole it from me and now my book is where the spear was so they don't get it as well because they're smelly"
