TrainingAtIIPA l Programme for officers of Mizoram Secretariat Service, Government of Mizoram

A training-cum-exposure visit programme for junior grade officers of Mizoram Secretariat Service, Government of Mizoram has been organised in association with Administrative Training Institute, Government of Mizoram. The objective of the programme is to expand the outlook vis-a-vis work culture and ethics; understand working of various institutions of governance; and expose them to the working of central secretariat office. During the training, the participants will learn about the concept of good governance and citizen centric friendly administration; Administrative Law; Leadership and Communication Skills, etc. Around 24 participants are attending the programme. Prof Suresh Misra and Dr Sapna Chadah are the programme coordinators.
