Brent , can you provide your appearance color scheme. It looks great. There is no where on TOS videos/ manuals etc. anywhere that tell you what will change if do not use the defaults (candles etc. obvious)- regarding all of these, Under, General- Look & Feel-Color Scheme ( if did not pick default). Would love to know what these relate to if I change the colors vs pot luck, back and forth. a.static headers b.collapsible headers c.second level headers d.symbol bars e.table background f. marked rows g.selection h. content background i.focus. Yours looks great, if could inform what you used too. Would greatly appreciate. Ty
Sure...it is just a custom color scheme. Here is a script for it. You will load it in like any other script and then go to the "Look and Feel" section to select it: tos.mx/!Or9Al8g8 ^BM
how do you sync all charts on a chart grid? I view multiple charts for the same symbol with different timeframes and indicators and it would be nice if they were all in sync (ie: click a symbol in a watchlist and all charts change to that symbol). Right now I have to manually enter the symbol on each chart. Thanks
You're going to need to use thinkorswim Desktop (not thinkorswim Web) to get what you want. Hopefully that's a future upgrade on thinkorswim Web. On thinkorswim Desktop, make sure all the charts have the same number/color link (right next to the symbol box) and they will all change. ^BM
You can't drag like you can on the desktop version. On thinkorswim Web the best you can do is to go to the chart settings and make sure that "Fit Studies on Y-Axis is checked". Sometimes adjusting time frames will help you see what you want to see. Not perfect solutions I know, but that's probably your best bet. ^BM
Very helpful. I was worried I would lose a lot of chart functionality with the web version, but it has aa I need
Good to hear! ^BM
Very helpful. Thank you
Glad it was helpful! ^BM
How do you change the chart display type?
Click on the O,H,L,C info in the upper-left portion of the chart. ^BM
THANK YOU
You're welcome. ^BM
Is there an index or glossary of all the Studies for the chart that's accessible from within the platform?
Not directly from the thinkorswim Web platform, but here is a link to a page: toslc.thinkorswim.com/center/reference/Tech-Indicators

When I look at an ETF: PGX for example that has monthly dividends, the DIVIDENDS are enabled on the chart, but do not appear.
Yes. Dividends don't appear on ETFs. You aren't doing anything wrong. ^BM

@@tradertalkswebcasts thanks
But how to stretch it vertically up and down?

How do I switch the candles to HELKIN ASHI
Probably the easiest way is to click on "Style" above the chart and then go to "Chart Type". You will see Heiken Ashi listed there. ^BM
Schwab should fix that!
Yep...that would be an improvement. Thanks for watching! ^BM
