What if you're trading with only 100 dollars and want to risk 10%, how do i get less than a contract?

You can only trade in full contract increments so you may have to target smaller priced stocks so that the contracts amount are more feasible to your level of risk. You may find you need to start with more cash so that you can actually trade. ^CH
