Just saw your video and very much liked it. I have a GoPro hero 10. I have a very specific use which is off-road, riding helmet, camera and bright sun in the desert in Southern California. I am a set it and forget it type person. I do have a video editor but I don’t wanna do anything other than just crop and put together my videos. Based on that are there any additional settings or specific changes you would make to have the best quality. Currently I shoot 4K60 and my videos go to UA-cam plus I throw them on Facebook and Instagram. Thank you.
Awesome presentation and video sir! I just bought my gopro 10 and i was looking for a video like this! Thanks for all the effort and for sharing it with us!!
Hi, once again great video. I’m Gabriel and just bought a GoPro hero10. I’m shooting fitness workout indoor and I’m struggling to get the best settings for lights and muscle definition. I’m using 4K 24 narrow (no trouble shooting sensor). Any advise 🙏❤️
Just got my GoPro hero 10 and I was wondering how to make the quality better? Says I am recording in 4K but when I review the footage on my laptop it is very grainy and not great. Any ideas?
It depends on what kind of scenes are you shooting. If the are scenes outdoors and in nature, you might want to set your sharpness setting to low. Sometimes the electronic sharpening for very detailed items like leaves on trees can make footage overly sharpened/grainy, I found.
Very useful guide...but i did not find a cell.phone that will support a smooth playback of gopro videos, unless they recorded at 1080/60.any other setting causes choppy/stuck videos.
Thanks mate does it automatically shoot in pro tune? With the file I can’t see that is says anything shot in protune mode, also how can you toggle it off thanks
Why my video was ended up early if i tilting my go pro from ground to top of the building.. it not even reach the building tip, the video ending early.. the shoot was over the building tip, but not after preview.. any thought?
Didn't ignore them. They are more advanced settings. I shoot in Flat color profile because I edit my footage and add color myself. Most people don't know how to do this. I will be releasing an advanced settings video soon that will include topics like this.
Very helpful; thank you! Any suggestions for filming from the cockpit? Filter to reduce propeller influence? Best way to connect the camera to our headsets to ATC audio? Thanks!
I should have made a video about this when I was flying with Chris from Angle of Attack. I use an ND8 filter for inside cockpit viewing outward. I have tested an ND16 which looks better when the sun is low. For audio I use the GoPro USB-C audio adapter along with the patch cable from NFlightCam. I will have to make a video on this soon.
you start out talking about having higher shutter speeds, at least double the frame rate, keeping that higher, then at the end you talk about keeping he shutter speed as low as possible. this was quite confusing. Maybe someone could make those tips more clear than you did in the video?
V60 cards are already 5 years old. Not really new tech...Thats exactly what 1000x Lexar cards are. 688x being their V30. Regardless, V60 is not a recent tech for cards.
Need to re watch this a few times.
I have some learning to do, I just got my first GP yesterday! Thanks for the words of advice!
Great easy to understand info for a beginner - many thanks 🙂
A hobbyist photographer, this is my first GoPro. Thank you for the great tips .
Just bought the GoPro Hero 10 after many years with a hero 5, I found your video very informative.
Thank you for sharing.
Awesome job explaining the Gopro10.

I just got mine today and was coming to leave pretty much the same comment you did😂😂
@@Jeffshighonlife same here!!
Great video thanks. My gopro 10 black doesn't have a + button at the bottom like yours at @3:55 Any idea why I can't add new modes?
You should show a sample video or picture of all the settings that you mentioned. Thanks and more power to your channel.

Hi! Can you share your settings when your using it when flying? Thanks in advance :)
Fellow Pilot here looking for the same thing!

You aren't showing how to get to that screen to do this?
Very helpful video,Thanks a lot!
Nice tips set up sir 🚴
For the GoPro 10, what do you recommend shooting for SM like IG and Tik Tok?
yes shutter speed effects exposure but more importantly it governs 'motion blue'.
Thank you for a lot of information.
excellent! appreciate the concise information. very easy to digest :)

Do you use a lense cover to fix for prop?

Does anyone know how I can change recording format to mp4 is because I’m not able to play mp4 unless I convert all my videos with handbrake ??
Thanks for the review, but I wish the picture was closer to the camera.
For 1080p 100fps high bit rate... How about this combination???
Thanks
What do you use to view 24p footage?
Thank you!
King
Good explanation thanks - just a pity gopro delivery is so pathetic 7 days having paid for express shipping
Good video
Which cameras did you use to make this video?
My studio camera is the FX3. Soon to be FX6.
Why you ignore natural Waite balance and native color ? In GP8 they gave excellent video . But in 10 it’s still strange

Shooting action at 24fps? Way too much stutter.
