Hi , good vid. when I saw the jcb name and price I thought Wow might be the one for me. I want a machine to clean tracked plant machines and my muddy yard but if I'm to buy a machine why not get one to clean drives etc and have another string to my bow. I use stihl, husqvana, Kubota etc. These are all the real deal and have the full back up of parts for their machines. I contacted a distributor of Jcb tools pressure washer and I also contacted JCB. JCB could only tell me that Jcb tools is on licence so they pay to use the name. They couldn't help me in any other way. The distributor could sell me the machine and offer a 3 year guarantee domestic or year commercial guarantee , the latter I thought was not a gift but actually the law. I was confused about the statement that it is fitted with a JCB engine! I don't think JCB make and engine like that. The problems that really stuck out for me was there is no parts list availlable and no direct emailing to Jcb Tools. I have rebuilt stihl saw that are 25 year old and haven't had any problems getting parts yet the distributor couldn't give me a parts list or order parts. If this Jcb tools machine didn't have the JCB LOGO on you probably wouldn't have reviewed it and customers wouldn't be thinking they own a JCB machine. for sure, the 3 year warranty with this is the key. and most new starters won't have enough work to be blasting 8 hours a day 5-6 days a week like me, by that time you can definitely afford a big big upgrade

A great and fair endorsement and advertisement for JCB! Companies would do well to keep sending you things if they truly believe they have a good product! Love seeing Cameron as usual!
Been watching for almost 2 years now and love your videos. Was on Snapchat and saw your videos on insider! That’s so cool! Congratulations!! You should be so proud of the company you’ve built and how far you’ve come in just a few years!
Great test, impressive machine. Will be interesting to hear how it holds up over time. I enjoy the testing channels so if you can afford to spend time testing products I would be interested in watching that.
would absolutely love to see comparisons of pressure washers, hoses, ect.. and let people decide if they're ok with spending double or triple the time for like a tenth of the price, or things like that
I've actually got this machine great little starter model. My only problem is starting the machine sometimes it can take a few minutes to get going but once going it's a beast. Other problems you'll have is moving it around to a back garden with poor access as the wheels make the machine really wide for most alley ways. I actually got some wheel ramps for my van to make it easy for on/off movement. But overall really happy with it.
Try the pressing the trigger down on the lance when you pull start it, more often than not it is just air pockets in the hose so it struggles to prime properly, all my previous pullstart machines did it from time to time. - yeah camerons got some ramps with his one, it's definitely pretty heavy for one guy to lift in and out without ramps
Hi Sid, great video as always! So I'm a gardener and sometimes my clients ask me to do some pressure washing for them, and it will be great if you could do a video how to use the chemicals like black spot remover, etc. correctly? And good luck to Cameron! :)

I’ve got the Evolution pressure washer and it’s amazing. Just remember always squeeze the trigger after use and not connected to a water feed and that will empty the pressure valve and prevent it from splitting in the cold as I’ve been through a few.

I would love to see the flat surface cleaners, I’ve watched a few people do cleaning jobs on here and some of them seem very streaky, but I can’t tell if it’s equipment or technique.
most of the time its technique, just doing straight lines on some surfaces will cause it hence why you'll see me do circle motions on nearly everything apart from blockpaving. other times it's dodgy jets or just going too fast. I will grab a cheap one and compare it to my one though for sure

Brilliant review I’m looking at setting up a jetwashing business and that’s just helped me pick my first jet wash I’ve looked at so many over the past week but this definitely looks the best for money 👍🏻
What a great machine, I own a JCB Compound mitre saw that I use for DIY and its been a brilliant bit of kit, probably my favourite bit of kit that I own.
I really enjoyed this video. Especially the pros and cons. Importantly the advice about the O ring was gold. Thank you Sid. Hope to see more of these vs videos.
Hi Sid. Well done for helping a new starter. Cameron could mount a pulley on the side of the van opposite the washer and attach a piece of cord to the pull cord and through the pulley so it runs to the washer side. That way he has access to the fuel, choke and starter all on the same side. Hope this helps him out.
Generally pull starts can be unbolted and rotated around, mine pulled to the opposite-to-preferred side and just removing the bolts and rotating the pull assembly 90- degrees and bolting back on worked fine in changing the pull handle/grip to the other side of the machine.
For the recoil start, you can often rotate them to whatever angle you need. If space allows, Cam can relocate the cord to the opposite side by pulling a few bolts
It would be even closer if the second half did not have the grassy bits. But as mentioned by others, the price mostly reflects quality-of-life improvements. Speed is mostly down to what work needs to be done and how good you are at your job.
I genuinely love watching your videos I actually look forward to the uploads because you bring so many different jobs and you have such a likeable personality. Great videos sid & props to you for helping somebody start out especially when it's hard enough as it is!!❤
Great vid I clean the occasional block driveway and have recently used a hyundai 15l machine for similar dosh (i rented mine) The biggest problem i have is getting rid of the sludge !
Great to see comparisons between kit of different values. The JCB is 1 year guarantee for commercial use but that's still good. I like it comes with quick releases. Just watch your insurance as some companies max out at 248 bar (3,600 psi)! For the money it does look a great machine plus appears to have spares backup.
Jesus i had the exact same problem starting mine. I was so embarassed. It was just sat there struggling. Theres two levers you need to slide over ASAP you got it running. One is the cold start slider, the others like the old rabbit/tortoise thing from the old petrol mowers....
Great video as always, watched many of your videos, so satisfying !! I am more interested in for tips and tricks, advices on what to buy when you start out. What things to look out for. How to price up the job. Basically how to run a professional pressure washing business start to finish. Would be awesome. Keep up the great work
It’s not just business users who watch, a lot of us domestic users would be interested in seeing what would be a good investment in these types of machines - ones which will do a really good job and won’t suddenly let us down, for an outlay of a little more money That was very interesting to watch and the machine was the quality you’d expect from a company like JCB, good to see they’re still innovating
Very fun to see the comparison, and how nice for Cameron to get a free machine in the deal! I'll bet if he's able to get a UA-cam channel, lots of your subs would check him out. That might have to wait until he's really up and going, with all his business setup and other marketing. But we'll be watching! Thanks for a very fun video (says someone from snowy Chicago)!
No shame in having a 1k machine especially if it will do a good job - maybe it will take a bit longer timewise but at least it could get someone started/earning ! Personally id like to see more videos comparing hoses/lances etc i think it would be beneficial to some of your viewers 🤔
A review or recommendation on an extendable lance would be amazing! Iv been thinking of getting one. I do home renovations & every now & then I get asked to do some pressure washing in areas that would be much easier/safer from the ground & definitely trust your opinion
By far the most important thing is serviceability, parts availability and easy access to expertise when, not if things break. Buy cheap buy twice, but buy expensive is not always better either.Take Miele appliances for an example; very expensive to buy and shockingly expensive to repair.... I'll be sticking with my Kranzle thanks...
As far as the pull start issue, if you have no intentions of moving it in the van, bolt it down and you could extend and attach the pull cord to a pulley attached to the roof of the van so you could start it from the door side
Hi Sid. I have been wondering if you could show us why the Surface Cleaner nozzles would break when you try to clean permeable tarmac/black top...? I saw a video where a business was doing a cleaning job in wa, usa. He showed how his Surface Cleaner kept getting destroyed by the permeable tarmac. A question I have about it is; would the Surface Cleaner still get destroyed if the tool were _not_ connected to a collection drum...?(which was on his trailer...) (The title is: "reclamation pressure washing-cleaning pervious concrete" video creator is Mechanized cleaning solutions inc.)🙏
Hey mate. Do you have a video showing more of how your van is set up please? What machine you using and how you connected it all? Also very curious in your boiler.
Looks a smashing machine, be aware of warranty though.... If you're using as personal machine at home its 3 year warranty.... Commercial use it is 1 year warranty.....
Very interesting Sid, I too thought that the time difference would be greater. You should start your own training school Sid as you have so much knowledge to impart. Always good to see Cameron. Hope that baby River is doing well? Take care.
Now I'm no expert but that was damn impressive for a machine in that price range with a 15 litre flow rate to be just over 2 mins slower than your expensive setup is phenomenal, I only pressure wash my drive or my car so I've got karcher k5 pressure washer not sure of the flow rate but it's powerful enough for me.
Hey Sid how you doing buddy Great to see your back online after the birth of your son congratulations. I wanted to give you kind of a heads up and I'm not saying in any way that you wouldn't have already figured this out yourself but just in case... I used to work for an environmental company and we did hydroblasting inside of Mills. It's important to know what the business is doing for its purpose before you go in and clean. Always make sure you check with your government or your state the agency that governs the laws and regulations of industry. For example, we went into paper mills and their Mill rights would set everything up that they wanted to have cleaned and we would clean it. However once we were done cleaning it we had to throw all of our PPE, or boots, everything that was in that environment had to be burned. We were not allowed to take it out into the community. So that is my point, it'd be great to get industrial jobs but you need to know ahead of time what that company does for a living, where are the dangerous environments, etc. One more thing I would like to point out to you maybe it doesn't matter in this instance cuz I'm looking at a sign I think says molasses but anytime you're standing in front of a tank that has shut off valves. Never put your body in front of them. They may look innocent or they may be under high pressure. You just never know. Anyway take care of yourself, and know that your viewers will always have your back. Peace
I have 3x Hyundai hwp4000p machines. 15lpm at 4000psi. Cost £900 each. Not one has ever failed to start. All 3 now almost 2 years old and used 5/7. They are a bit noisy but performance is very good.
Just a few other things:- they dont give you a suction kit with it. Its fiddly to turn on because as Cameron says you've got two things going on but on different sides of the machine, so if you dont have access its a bit of a PITA.
think you have just sold me a JCB pressure washer mate 😂 ive been looking at the slip stream pro20 but thats 2k pluss what a bargin this beauty is quick question if i got a surface cleaner do thry all just fit to the lance handle or would i need a specific one mate great work keep it up
I looked at the JCB before buying the Slipstream Pro 20 in July this year. If you can, I would advise to stretch that little bit more and get the 20 (or an equivalent Honda GX390 engine) if you are getting it for a business (as opposed to simply using it on your own property).
@@kevinwall795 ahh did you what pushed u to the pro20? looks a good machine the jcb one for 1k and about 1.5k cheaper than the pro 20 im a window cleaner looking to branch out and offer pressure washing and gutter also just abit hesitant to get a pressure washer due to the costs of machines thanks for the advice mate
your surface cleaner will just need to have a quick release female fitting on it - it doesn't matter which surface cleaner you go for as they can all be fitted with that fitting on purchase usually, best to head into a shop where you can grab those in person so they can sort it all out for you

One is the cold start slider, the others like the old rabbit/tortoise thing from the old petrol mowers....
Great comparison! Thank you for the review!
Hi sid.how's it going and another fantastic video well done and keep up the great work and what an nice bit of kit
Sid, will Cameron be doing a UA-cam channel.
i hope so!
That was very fascinating. Now come over to Florida and do some tests with USA equipment 😁
You can unscrew the pull start and rotate it so it's facing the exhaust side. May save him walking around the van each time
Can the pull start cover not be swapped over. Just spin the plate around
When are you going to be getting a new video out. Hope all is well ❤
It’s quite expensive, it’s identical to my Kiam 3400P which was circa £700. I’ve been very impressed with it.
Hello Sid... you have not posted in about a month or so. Hope all is well with you and your family. We miss you!!!
Been 4 weeks since you've posted a new video. Hope all is well.
Thanks for the review. Planning to buy this and have it shipped to Asia. I’m hoping this thing will last.
Great video as always, watched many of your videos, so satisfying !! I am more interested in for tips and tricks, advices on what to buy when you start out. What things to look out for. How to price up the job. Basically how to run a professional pressure washing business start to finish. Would be awesome.
Keep up the great work
It’s not just business users who watch, a lot of us domestic users would be interested in seeing what would be a good investment in these types of machines - ones which will do a really good job and won’t suddenly let us down, for an outlay of a little more money
That was very interesting to watch and the machine was the quality you’d expect from a company like JCB, good to see they’re still innovating
Getting quite worried now Sid. Nothing for a month! Hope all is well?
What chemical could you recommend for oil stains ? Preferably in small quantity purchase for average joe’s
Sid, Please do a flat surface cleaner comparison. I’m about to buy one and am struggling with which to buy.
As far as the pull start issue, if you have no intentions of moving it in the van, bolt it down and you could extend and attach the pull cord to a pulley attached to the roof of the van so you could start it from the door side
Turbo nozzle 200 bar vs Surface cleaner 300 bar ?
I'll definitely do a race between an fsc and turbo nozzle, actually interested in the result of that myself.
I'm very impressed with the JCB 460cc engine. i brought to replace my Honda gx390.
The job 460cc with key start 😬 powers my ws201 pump with ease.
Did your wilks 750i have a unload valve and if so did you need to set thanks
A question I have about it is; would the Surface Cleaner still get destroyed if the tool were _not_ connected to a collection drum...?(which was on his trailer...)
(The title is: "reclamation pressure washing-cleaning pervious concrete" video creator is Mechanized cleaning solutions inc.)🙏
This was cool to watch.
Very interesting Sid, I too thought that the time difference would be greater. You should start your own training school Sid as you have so much knowledge to impart. Always good to see Cameron. Hope that baby River is doing well? Take care.
In most cases you can remove pull cord assembly rotate around to an angle that works for you and re-install
I'm getting old. My initial thought was you can replace your £1000 pressure washer 14 times...
And I thought it was comparing 1000 _pounds_ of pressure vs. 14000 _pounds_ of pressure.
? 🤷♀️
What can I say? I haven't had my coffee yet.
@@cindyknudson2715at that point add a bit of abrasive and you have a mobile waterjet cutter rig!
But it’s also a lot of jobs that would be cut short and split into two sessions, maybe two days. A lot of schedules that will slip.
Any thoughts on the Wilks pressure washer? Sure I’ve seen it in some of your vids……
You can use a good powered hand drill to start a wee pully engine, handy to do when the pully snaps are the teeth break
Thank heaven for Cameron, he's a star, guess you 2 will be needing a wetsuit 😂
I think the microphone needs one too haha
haha yeah it was a wet one that day xD
Can you test out a Titan pressure washer
Good videos what chemical do you use for moss on roofs ?
Biocide
Which one anyone in particular
Beginning to worry about Sid & family now.
just reposition the pull starter so its facing the same side
👍👍👍well done good demo 👍👍👍
After blasting the sand out of the pavers crevices, what do you use to fill it up again? I used fine sand for this but weeds just grow through it.
@@kevinwall795 ahh did you what pushed u to the pro20? looks a good machine the jcb one for 1k and about 1.5k cheaper than the pro 20 im a window cleaner looking to branch out and offer pressure washing and gutter also just abit hesitant to get a pressure washer due to the costs of machines thanks for the advice mate
your surface cleaner will just need to have a quick release female fitting on it - it doesn't matter which surface cleaner you go for as they can all be fitted with that fitting on purchase usually, best to head into a shop where you can grab those in person so they can sort it all out for you
Thanks sid@@PartridgeExteriorCleaning
You might be able to unbolt the pull start cover and spin it round to get the cord in the position you need to pull it.
