The more puzzle centered boss fights tend to be more enjoyable. Mainly because lego game combat rarely amounts to more than spamming the square button so more involved bosses are a nice change of pace

Yeah but also it’s fun when they have very unique abilities. In case you can’t tell, I want Lego dimensions.
Makes me wish there was a hard mode for the Ninjago game since it seems like the combat took up a lot of the development time. I get that we can't have a bunch of involved combos and moves in a game for children though.
That’s what I like about JW, it’s almost always puzzles leading up to a quick time event

When I was a kid I'd just play the ventless boss level over and over again with different characters, cause i loved using 2 sabers to damage her and then thought fighting on the falling droid was so cool 😄
I feel like the old lego bosses were more puzzle based and then you got to wham on the boss. The new lego bosses are mostly quick time events. So, in my opinion, the old bosses are much better!
nah the new bosses are focused on combat idk what games you playin

Personally, I think the boss fight against Batman himself is the best Bossfight in Lego Batman 3. The boss is divided up into three phases, and each of them represents an element of the Batman we’ve gotten to know throughout these Lego games.
In the first phase, he takes advantage of his destruction suit, which is symbolic of how throughout the Lego Batman trilogy, the dark Knight would use different costumes to take out his enemies with alternative weaponry.
Then you had to fight him while he was in the Batmobile by using the other bat vehicles, a reference to the vehicle missions from the last two Batman games.
And then, after all that Batman uses a sonic weapon to summon a swarm of bats to make himself a larger threat… literally. Indicating how, like almost any other version of Batman, he’s always got a back up plan.
It’s also just fascinating in general to have to fight the main protagonist of the series, which was saying, I really wish they did back in the first Lego Batman. Considering half of the story mode is played from the villain’s perspective, I was really hoping you’d be able to fight Batman and robin. At the very least, we finally got to see that in Lego Batman 3.
I agree- the call back to Lego Batman 2 in particular I enjoyed since you have to do a very similar thing in that game with lex and the joker.
That complete saga anikin obi wan battle could’ve been translated well into the skywalker saga with the more evolved mechanics and game building tools
I still think the Complete Saga did it way batter due to the twist of having to murder your friend (or in my case brother)
My take is that TCS's Anakin v. Obi-Wan was better in co-op, but SS's was better in single player.

didn't they kind of do that with the Luke vs Vader fight from episode 6 from what I hear?
@@karlispovisils5297 SS was terrible for Single Player aswell, the entire point of the fight was to be Obi-Wan fighting Anakin but they keep making you swap to C3PO and R2D2 to do puzzles which ruined all the fun the boss fight could have.
TCS was able to balance both combat and puzzles perfectly while as either Obi-Wan and Anakin needing to work together till the end.
So TCS did it 10x better imo.
Galactus is definitely the best boss in ANY lego game

I really enjoyed the transitions between the bosses
I’m SO excited for some information on the alleged Lego Disney game and I’d really really REALLY love a Lego monkie kid game with all the different characters and all the vehicles and even their mechs which will be way smaller than their actual set versions but still really big and I think that would be extremely extremely awesome

I would highly recommend making an updated video of your most wanted Lego games! Because, there are so many that would be great.
Gotta agree with the Dalek Emperor being the best Lego Dimensions boss. Especially after the level itself where you're running from Weeping Angels... I have never been more afraid playing a Lego game, TT games absolutely nailed it.
The Game's final boss (Lord Vortech) doesn't compare at all.

When I was a kid play the lego pirates of the Carribean game I never noticed how messed up it was by making us use the henchmen’s bones that we just killed to continue the boss fight
I would love to see a video of ranking the mini destruction sections and the end of Lego games my favourite one is in Lego incredibles when you get to roll around as the omni droid

Really awesome Video Rugged.Glad that Lego Star Wars 3 gets some love. Really underrated Lego Game even to this day, but when I must choose the best Boss of all these it would be Galactus. It was just really cool cinemated and is pretty solid even to this Day.

To be fair to Palpatine in LEGO: Force Awakens, he is the first boss which is probably why he is a lot easier. Also, ouch, he went from the final boss to a first boss.

Your music is just really making me want a Lego Avatar Series game...and sets since we need more of those too. Honestly I think ALTA/LOK's humor and storytelling would fit super well in a TT Lego game.
You need to make a part 2 with the not known games. (For example Lego Ninjago: The Shadow Of Ronin) It’s really fun!

I like the chaos boss from Lego dimension since you get to transform into super sonic and chaos uses elements snd i like the poison ivy fight in lego super villains since the house full garden is so beautiful looking but the tie is also between sea King since i like that he goes to ducking Atlantis kinda

fighting player 2 in the old lego star wars was my favorite boss by far. was sad it didn’t see return in episode 3 of skywalker saga but at least we got it in episode 6

Havent played all, but, the funniest boss battle for me was in Jurassic World, Indominus Rex vs the Ankylo (i think it was Ankylo) when the indo knocks foen a tree, then in the second phase the indo comes misses the tree and comes back to punch it! Funniest thing in all lego games for me so far.
I love so many bosses, so it's very hard to choose, but an honorable mention would maybe be Lurtz from LOTR. The clown mech in Batman 2 on the other hand...it's laugh would drive me insane, it would go off every 5 seconds, and it got so annoying that I would often mute the TV🤣
