Such good content. People most not all lack accountability and ownership of they lives. But thankfully since 18 I been on journey unlearning negative beliefs and habits. I have done so much and should give myself credit and live alittle. I been wanting to be better and not living and actually knowing I’m that and have my dream life and just because I don’t see it in the 3D. It’s already here. Just because technically it isn’t here it is with spiritualism and law of assumption. My tonsils got removed and the pain along with cough is making me slip. But glad I get myself in check especially morning and night before bed and feeling so tired cause maybe do less get more. Either way I hold myself accountable and one’s around me. People will bring you down cause they not made like you. I’m tough. I’m libra. I can make it through anything. You always inspire and under 10 minutes
Omg I so needed to find this today! I lost my mojo last year after a break -up but I desperately want to get back to myself. I lost my personality, goals, self-esteem, confidence, and capabilities during the last 13 years of being in a relationship with a covert narcissist, I just became timid and ill. At 55 I’ve been feeling old and ugly but I’m ready to live again. 🙏💃
