I stayed here also and LOVED it! We all ate at the buffet at one point during the week and no one got sick! I was concerned that being "ALL INCLUSIVE" the food might be a bit cafeteria style and I was pleasantly surprised it was top notch!! The staff treated all of us like royalty!! BEST TRIP EVER
Is this a timeshare property? If so, do they hound you about seeing the presentation? Our vacation in Cancun sucked because the sales pitch was nonstop and I'm not doing that again. Thx
Very good review. Great video. You've inspired me to maybe do my own when we go. So are you sure this wasn't the "Party Master Suite?" I called the resort and they told me there were 2 towers and the other tower had the more quiet Master Suites.

It was our 3rd time staying in the regular Master Suite and the 2 previous times we were in the middle of the tower which had smaller divided balconies and were quieter. I asked if the Party Master Suites were available when we got there and they said they were sold out. So as a compromise because we are Expedia VIP members they gave us the liquor bottles.
Is the place family friendly? Can you book a room with grand lounge access and bring your kid in? Nice video. Very informative, much better than any review I’ve read!
Not sure how much the hotel charges to upgrade on arrival, we booked the Grand Club when we bought the trip as a package online. I believe it was anywhere between $100 to $150 a night for Grand Level rooms depending on room type.

I would recommend it. Actually depends on the time of year you are there for the liveliness of the crowd. On-site has activities all day and evening shows.
Great video but your background music is too loud and cant really understand what you are saying. Can you please repeat here about the sickness that everybody complains on tripadvisor please.
People were reporting sickness while being at the resort on TripAdvisor. We were all good and did not eat at the buffet. I personally drank and ate everything from all the restaurants except the buffet.

It is but have been fortunate to have stayed there three times and was only asked once after their grand opening.

Did you have to pay separate for your flight and transportation to the hotel ?
I got the hotel/flight in a package. The transportation I grabbed/paid at the airport.

Thanks! The hotel is all inclusive for all room types. Only difference is grand level rooms have access to the grand lounge.

Thanks! Several reviews reported sickness prior to going. The buffet was the only place we did not eat at and nobody in our group got sick.
