Follow me as I make my grandmother's Sunday Gravy or as some call it Sunday Sauce. How to cook a rustic Italian American red sauce with braised meat served over pasta
Good lookin and can cook. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 That dish looks so delish! My Grams was Italian, but she rarely cooked classic Italian food. She was raised in the mid-west so her cooking was mostly country. Boy oh boy could she cook & bake. Thank you for sharing your memories with us. It looks fabulous!
Prior to putting the onions in you should've put in some bourbon like 4 tbsp and deglazed that fond off the bottom, the fat and flavor from the meat you cooked just sat and burned on the bottom of the pan
Thank you for sharing the recipe!
