Fighting Heart Health Disparities: Black Heart Association's Mission

The Black Heart Association is on a mission to eliminate heart-health disparities in Black and Brown communities through advocacy, education, and empowerment. Founded by a three-time heart attack survivor, BHA takes action to raise awareness about heart disease prevention. We're fighting to ensure Black women are heard in hospital spaces and empowering individuals to advocate for their rights in healthcare. From understanding the symptoms of heart disease to battling healthcare injustices, BHA is working to make real change-because no one should die from something that could have been prevented.
