Menstrual cramps and normal body cramps are not the same thing. Gas bubbles are not the same thing. Menstrual cramps happen when the walls of the uterus tighten. If you don't have a uterus, you don't knit how it feels when it tightens. Each woman's menstrual cycle is different. Therefore, the cramps are different on each person.

We deal with the cramps continuously for a few days if you’re not dealing with internal issues like PCOS or fibroids, the cramps are more intense and last for a week or longer! Then dealing with the amount of blood, and blood clots, they hurt coming out sometimes, vagina throbbing, tampons or pads, nausea, back pain, headaches, bloating, period poops, cravings, no energy, brain fog, hormones, anxiety with the fear of bleeding through your pad, etc.
And have to try and function in the world as if nothing is wrong

First time was when I was 17...strong cramps and tried to sit in a tub of water, and the moment my butt touched the water, it was a wave of pain throughout my whole body 😖! I think the diff between Keon standing vs sitting is because he is so muscular that standing the tense muscles didn’t let the sensation penetrate the way it needed to. Once he sat and relaxed his muscles some, bam! The pain was able to register.
