For once I think Sebas is the AH here. If it wasn’t her cart it’s not her responsibility. It would be nice for her to take it to a cart return, but baseline it’s not her responsibility. The puppy analogy is not equivalent; that’s a live creature. If it was equivalent then passing over a wrapper on the sidewalk is equivalent to letting a puppy die

He's not that AH here because she could be making that up as an excuse and it's still not polite to push the buggy over to make it someone else's problem. Also, there was no puppy analogy, there was a dog pooping on your front yard analogy where they compared it to picking it up and moving it to your neighbors yard instead of putting it in the trash.
