- This is part 2 where I port time this badboy and fab up all the odds and ends so I can install it on the 461 to make a 54mm "big bore" with a forged Wiseco 500i piston... I never know how these concept saws will turn out so i do these videos in stages to take everyone along for the ride... in part 3 we will see if it runs like a dream or ends up in steam JCS style 😎
Also big thanks to david with CCC Racing for the pistons... check out www.chainsawcc... for many race saw mods and parts... He has standard bore Wiseco pistons as well as big bore options.
THANKS FOR WATCHING!!!
Gonna be a screamer. I was going to play with the 500 Friday... buuuut, I might play with it tonight so I can fire it up tomorrow. Lmao you're motivating me
Where's my saw !!!
Who is the cylinder manufacturer?
Why can't you just run 10mm plug??
Hey John,
Where do you get your decompression valve plugs?
Thank you man, keep up the good work!
This is super mate, illll bee dammmneeed. Are you tuning motorsaws for competition use? This is super cool.
Man ur a wild-card freaking love it u build some wicked sh!#.
Can’t wait to see you this thing Run awesome work man!
Stupid question, I have a 455 husky and I've went threw 2 bar's allready. The thing is that it cut's great but after awhile it throws the chain, then I have to go to the store and buy another! I've tried cleaning the bar and chain up, but it either wont go into the bar, or it won't rotate without replacing? HELP
I assume you are running the right gauge chain for the bar? If you are, the chain tension might not be correct and when the chain is thrown the drive links might be getting dinged up. You can normally just file them back flat and away you go. Maybe the issue???
If it throws the chain and won't fit back into the bar afterwards check and see if you buggered up the drivers when it threw the chain. If it worked fine before it came off then it's gotta be getting damaged when it comes off. Make sure bar guage is compatible with chain guage as well. I've had a few chains on my saws get the drivers chewed up and had to smooth them back down before they would go back into the bar
Keep up the hard work 💪
.022 of squish with a popup man that thing's gonna have like a mountain of compression🤩 u not scared of detonation?
500i's have a very low compression to begin with. The combustion chamber is more hemispherical than most saw I think
Pokémon . Snorlak
Love your fuckin shit. The fact your a young buck. Fuckin the game up 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
Snorflax and dinglehopper and the tool used blew a conootervalve bc he for got to lube it with 10k blink blinker fluid so the muffler bearings exploded and took out the bleedersnorkle spout 😮it was a bad deal bubba shit flames fire assholes and elbows everywhere 😮😅😅😅😅😅😂😂😂😂😂😂
Dinglehopper and a snarflak... is from the bird in the little mermaid naming the human items Ariel brought him.
I can't believe you could afford a 300k cnc machine. 😂 Killer job. I have zero time for any of these shenanigans, so it's awesome to watch someone who isn't scared to try new sh!t. Killer build. Every time. Even when they splode. Great job.
nice click but why... rather do things that makes sense though... just putting a carb on a 500i is a lot less work id tell you...
