Very helpful. I didn't find a 4x4 in my garage. Using your idea I put a notch in the end of a 1x6 that allowed me to get the wires of the pixels in. Working like a champ and the blister on my thumb from doing it by hand isn't getting any worse.
I have a standard pixel belt without any existing hole. I require a hole to be made every 4 inches along the entire length of the belt. The pixel belt i need is quite extensive, ranging from 1000 to 2000 feet in length (100 feet each roll).

Took it one step further I clamped it to drill press. It presses them in with ease. Thanks for the idea.

Use a drill press. Chuck up the socket and let the drill press do the work.
