Level up your Ford Ranger! w/ Daystar 2" level kit

Today we dive into a Ford Ranger and install a Daystar 2" leveling kit, in most cases trucks have a natural rake. To correct that you can purchase a leveling kit to raise the front end of the truck to match the rear!

I like the Ranger as designed by Ford engineers. Recently, Ranger XLT functioned like a champion through a miles long rainstorm on interstate filled with "big trucks". No hydroplaning, steady against gusts of wind and water splashes from trucks. I saw another Ranger and some F150's passing me, as if there was no storm.

With the extra droop on full down travel does it put the CVs on to big an angle as well as the top ball joint to the point of binding.

Lol you didnt show yourself struggling with the lower control arm bolts and i now know why. They fucking suck.

i’ve watched multiple videos on how to do this as I’m getting ready to do it myself and this is the only video that I’ve seen where anybody did it like that. Not sure which one is easier as I would imagine it’s a bitch to get that control arm back in the place, but this is also so many less steps than disconnecting the sensors, the lines, sway, bar end links, and tierods

@AWESOME1509 is your truck 4x4? If so you should loosen the axle nut so you don't pop the cv.
I did it both ways. If I had 2 floor Jack's the lca drop would have been faster, getting it back in took a while.
Other side I did it the regular way and it took same amount of time, 2 hrs.
