The boy is Eshu (also written as esu or exu), he is a crossroads trickster deity in many South American and African regions with one of the most notable ones being the Yourba people of Benin, Nigeria, Togo, and Ghana. He is surrounded by girls because while he looks like a bearded kid he is a deity of fertility, the goat is one of the most popular sacrifices for Eshu. The reason the policeman bends down to Eshu is that he is working for the music producer who wants Eshu to bless the track with his blessing and his sexual presence which gets the girls moving as he is both a fertility deity and a deity of pathways to both failure and success which makes him a powerful man. The three-legged dog is just there because he was at the shooting location because his owner (who was into dog fighting hence the missing leg) lived across the street. The rabbit that everyone is talking about is actually Eshu himself, during times of slavery (African American slave trade) Eshu turned into a new folktale known as Br'er rabbit who had the same origins but was more chaotic and struck down the powers that be which acted as a beacon of hope for black slaves who were looking for a reason to stay strong and get freedom.

For one, the album featured "As Nasty As They Wanna Be" was ruled 'legally obscene' in a US district court. That ruling was eventually overturned. If we listen to the lyrics, we can deduce that the singer is a male and despite doing his best to be an "adult," he still is a child on the inside and willing to give in to the "obscene." In certain shades of religion, dancing and associating with scantily clad women was considered work of "the devil." One who partakes in them is someone cannot beat the devil-- caring more about the evil eye (ego) and giving in to "tragic magick." It's a man being himself and having fun. It's just that what seems like fun to him or to us can easily be obscene to another.
@@timfrey2358 Alice in Chains is great and that would make sense because back in the day they were really big in rock/grunge culture but there is said to be an interview where they say the dog was already there in the house that they shot the video at and it had 1 leg cause it was a fighting dog that had 5-6 kills.
I don't know what's really going on but the end where they go to the beach and he sees the guys from the album or whatever in the same pose, is so nostalgic through the tone of the characters, don't ask me why, something about it reminds me of how we idolized artists as kids and were inspired, or something.
