- The Angels (Cheryl Ladd and Jaclyn Smith) are investigating on the murder of a young model and Kelly interrogates the victim's roommate Julie (Tanya Roberts). Little does she know that Julie will soon become an Angel herself.
From Season 5, Episode 1 'Angel in Hiding' - The angels are hired to find a model by her father but she turns up murdered. The angels go undercover as models for a modeling agency to find out why she was murdered and by whom.

Tanya was pretty, great figure, sort of lady next door. Jaclyn was an iconic beauty of epic proportions.
Cheryl reminded me of a Barbie and not in a bad way. She still is so beautiful.
I loved the Original Angels trio, Sabrina, Jill and Kelly. But when Kris and Julie joined Kelly, they had to be the most beautiful trio of Angels. And the were mu 2nd favorite set of Angels!
Tanya Roberts was my favourite, as Julie Rogers RIP Tanya, you are now with the angels.

Absolutely. This episode was top tier. Better than a lot of season 4 and way more optimistic than the rest of season 5.

I so loved the clothes, hair and make-up back then. Everyone looked unique, with natural lips and no tattoos, unlike the awful, monotone make-up, tattoed, trout pout monstrosities of today!

People did look so much better back then compared to today. They had alot more respect for both themselves and others. Sadly many in my generation are monstrosities and lack that. Also, im in my early 20s and I think that tattoos, dyed hair and piercings are absolutly disgusting

I love Charlie angles I watch it on Sundays
I began watching regularly after Cheryl Ladd started. Was not a fan of Farrah, didn't really care for her til she did The Burning Bed and Extremities.
Farrah was also excellent in ‘The Apostle,’ with Robert Duvall.
And "Small Sacrifices".
Kris was more memorable than jill considering that she lasted 4 years compared to the 1 year for her sister.

The original episode for season 5 was 3 Hours long titled Street Models and Hawaiian Angels. Vic Tayback (Mel from Alice) was the original choice for Harry i just found that out
Did Kelly drink that coffee? It’s not clear. I like how Julie calls Kelly “Miss Garrett.” I don’t think young people were that formal in 1980. I’m guessing the writers were older.

Lets get one thing straight, there is no way Tayna Roberts was born in 1949 ! She looks like a good 8-10 years younger than Jaclyn Smith.
Tanya's birthdate was October 16,1955.
With Tanya's heavy eye make-up, slapped-red face and unremarkable fashion sense, who could tell? Tanya actually came off like Jaclyn and Cheryl's old maid aunt.
Harry had the personality of a rock.
Harry had more cred than Julie, Vic Morrow was a much better actor than Tanya

I agree, Kristen Stewart is terrible as an Angel and Drew Barrymore kinda ruined the franchise. The television Angels were the best all around.
Tanya Roberts is not deceased as the report said a few days ago. But she is in critical condition according to her friends and family. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers and hope that she recovers fully.
TMZ just reported she died Monday night. The false report said she died Sunday.

Hahaha! I couldn't agree more. The character was ridiculous; a street walker turned detective overnight??? Casting a centerfold-type performer to draw in the male crowd was also a super desperate move that didn't pay off. They would have been well-advised to improve the scripts instead
