the hot spots are seen because the strip lights in some places are not glued to the difusers on their back since the strip does not come with adhesive glue on its back ...if you glue them properly i believe you wont be seeing those spots ! hope this helps and thank you for watching
hey @its_a_find_day thank you for watching my videos, i believe the instructions are not so needed , you can work them out of the box and play with them like cool designs as mush as the corners allow it , but they are pretty cool to be honest
Hey @Banana69999 , Thank you for watching my videos ,and you can put them on the ceiling corners and if you back them up with more double sided tape on both sides they will not fall off, even with the adhesive the have wont fell off unless you got some heat going on in the place you want to put them ,hope this helps
This is amazing! So basically you just put the govee diffuser lights on top of your baseboard? Brilliant. I was thinking if I should make a dado joint or something on my baseboard then put in the lights.
hey ggpaul562 thank you for watching my videos , to be honest only your imagination is the limit , you can carve the drywall and put the difusers inside the wall aswell so it would look like the lights comes out from the wall it self :)
hey Daehawk , the length of these lights from one box is 16.4 ft, now you wont get the exact length when you set them up with covers since you gonna have some leftovers since the strip it self is 16.4 ft and the covers are exceeding that length hope this helps and thank you for your time watching my video !
Hi, good unboxing video. I was just wondering if i bought 2 boxes of these how do i connect them together, instead of having 2 different configurations on the app? Thanks :)
thank you for watching my unboxing video ! And always happy to help ,if you buy one strip at the end of the strip it has a connection that you can connect the second light strip, and on every next strip you have it will come with connection for another strip light ! hope this helped!
Hi, Please could you explain how did you fitted the lights with the 90 degree angle from the skirting/base boards and then up the wall? The LED strips along the floor are facing forwards so did you have to twist the LED strip to get it up the wall
hey chrisdavies3394,thank you for watching ,i did a little twist inside the channel diffusers on the angles and i did flip the top cover into inside corners and outsides corners and i precut the channel diffusers to fit the length of the corners hope this helps
I had 6 corners to go round. I used the corner peices provided where it's more visible and then just put 2 straight bits at 90 degrees on the lees noticeable corners.
Hey jeffreyjie3091, Did little improv with the diffusers ,turned them ,cuted them little bit and fit in eachothers that how you get the angles not to show the light strip and cover it at same time ,you have to play little bit with the corner pieces according to your wall/angle needs
These are just the normal RGBIC leds that Govee sells for £40, i what a difference using the M1 strip lights would make using them in a channel set up like this? Anyone have any info on the difference between the two leds which would look better ? I like these but you can easily buy channels online and I just wanna get the best look for my money. Is it worth spending more for the M1 and cut my own channels to size etc thx 🙏🏻
both strip lights m1 and these strip lights comes with 60 led s per m ! so it wont make any difference if you buy m1 or these strip lights separate,it will make difference onj the price i guess if you buy separate channel diffusers and these channel diffisures that comes in a box with these led strip lights Hope this it helps
Thank you for watching and for your kind words! And for the part of the strips of using them without wifi i think what you can ,since it has LAN control aswell,i think you might use them without wifi but again i have never tried using them without wifi :) hope this helps
hey @dipperdipp3697 ,thank you for wathcing my videos , i believe it s roughly 6 ft ,but not sure, and it is descent size of a cable ,but if you need extension you can always get an extension cable
the difference between this light and m1 led"s is that these lights come with their own cover/diffusers and give them sleek and modern look , so you don not need to purchase them separate ! hope this helps
hey @inscyzer thank you for watching my videos , the improvisation was little bit cutting with snips, little but twisting and you get your self a inner/outside corner :)))
Hey @ghostmane2643 ,on the light strip on it end, it has connection/extender for another light strip ,on every single one ends with a connector for another light strip ,so you can connect as many as you want :))
Darn. The website made it look like I'd be getting 32.8ft (10m) worth of light strip. But it seems to be about that much in track and covers, but the light strip is only 16.4ft.. that was a bit misleading sadly =( .. I get that its a new product and you have the only video out there. I wish their website was more clear on that matter.
@@catchthevibeswithyourmind5520 I actually spoke to them about that issue. They added the length of the strip to their website now. Good, so now not all customers will feel mislead.
You are the only person that unboxing that product
il make and update soon on the same lights +2 more XD
@@catchthevibeswithyourmind5520yeah great deemonstration wish there was more
Thank you so much I was debating buying this and now I did!!!
hello, does this connect to dreamview app so the light does what the tv is showing? thanks😎
Yes it does just setup it in the app and your ready to go
looks like you can see hotspots with the provided tubing, would you recommend buying better ones to put the lights in?

This product looks great! Looks more professional than strips without a cover
exactly, no need for covers separate this is setup, stick it, and let it be light :) :)
I was waiting to see how they are set up? I bought some used and it did come with instructions
hey @its_a_find_day thank you for watching my videos, i believe the instructions are not so needed , you can work them out of the box and play with them like cool designs as mush as the corners allow it , but they are pretty cool to be honest
Any tips of how to put these on the ceiling corners and not fall off? Wanted to put these lights on all of the ceiling around one of my rooms

How many out side corners to go around the corners are there
Thank you for watching my videos ,this package of govee lights contains 2 inside corners and 2 outside corner pieces !
Hope this helps

Can you make a video of the lights at night? Wondering how well the defuser works
il make an update on the same lights at night but upgrade them with 2 more strips with the covers
How is the white light on these? Do these have any dedicated white leds?
they do have white led lights
I looked in your description and maybe Im just missing whats in front of me but can you tell us what Govee kit this is and how long it is in feet?
hey Daehawk , the length of these lights from one box is 16.4 ft, now you wont get the exact length when you set them up with covers since you gonna have some leftovers since the strip it self is 16.4 ft and the covers are exceeding that length hope this helps and thank you for your time watching my video !

@catchthevibeswithyourmind5520 great job! Are you able to post a close up. I'm battling the same issue right now
@@catchthevibeswithyourmind5520how did you guys do this?
Amazing project 👏
Hey @marijazupanoska5153 Thank You For Watching My Videos And Thank You For The Kind Words !! ! !
How did you make the 90 degree angle on one wall, did you cut the channel?
Yes, hand cut utility knife and snips did the trick and little improve all worked nicely
I had 6 corners to go round. I used the corner peices provided where it's more visible and then just put 2 straight bits at 90 degrees on the lees noticeable corners.
How does 3rd the 90 degrees on the wall work? Anyone have close up picture?

Are these as good as the Goovee M1 with matter LEDs? Because this package is only 90 bucks and then for the M1s it’s 99 just for the LED strip ?

Hi, can you tell me the width of the tracks?
i believe they are 1 inch or little bit less ,because the top part that covers the tracks are little bit smaller 0.7 in
The 0.7 inch part is the rubber or the place that holds the led strip?
Literally the only unboxing out ! 🫡
stay tuned and upgrade is coming for the same ones :)
are this the m1? or no?
hey @luisserrato6603 , To be honest it looks like it since it has 60 LEDs/m same as the m1 so probably it s m1 in a diffusers :)
