I have just started cooking two large chopped up red onions in a covered frying pan with some coconut oil on fairly low heat for ten minutes. Allowing them to cool and storing them in a covered jar in the fridge. We can then have a spoonful or two on a daily basis, along with the sweet potatoes. I am definitely feeling better, and producing some gas...!!

Most of the directions of use said taken with food but if we eat once or twice a day how we can manage it . If I am right you eat once a day and twice for supplements M-Fr.
