2 Mods Every Motorcycle needs!

- So as this bike was brand new and completely stock when I got it, I of course had to do the infamous 2 mods which I like to have on any bike.
They are of course the tail tidy and the exhaust. In this case the tail tidy is from R&G Crash Protection:

I think it looks absolutely amazing, it's crazy how much of a difference it makes to the back end.
And the exhaust was part of the performance pack and is the Akrapovic system designed for the 2019 ZX6R. I've additionally fitted the straight link pipe to get rid of that huge box underneath which was muffling the sound. Sounds much better, but I think once the db killer is out, it'll be fully unleashed :p

Love the new bike dan Been following you since the good ol r125 days haha.. I had those tiny indicators too they look great but theyre quite flimsy 2 of mine randomly blew out at some point had to replace them but good stuff man!
I would add a tank protector. Especially if your riding a sport bike, your zipper is gonna be rubbing on that tank and scratching that paint job.

Did you not need to get the ECU flashed now you've taken out the cat? Thought it might run lean without it.

Is that the factory option exhaust? they rivet in the baffle don't they? gits! Sounds awesome already though. Luckily my Scorpion end can just had an allen key bolt, I put a DNA filter on my bike too and went down a tooth on the front as mines the 650, if I had your's I'd go up the usual two on the rear too. Although they already done the front sprocket on your from factory now lol.

2:20 Does that exhaust have an exhaust valve to make it quieter?
Yes the standard exhaust had a valve in.. only roars around the 7 grand mark. Apparently you can disconnect the valve but you would need to fit a exhaust valve eliminator 👍

Yeah its cos doing that, ill be quite a bit over the speed limt 🙈 Don't worry ill try and find a bit more of an open space to get some proper acceleration etc 😊
