  • The Arizona Roughriders at Rawhide Western Town in Chandler Az is great entertainment for the whole family and so fun to watch! Filmed on Dec. 26, 2012.
Note: Sorry for some shakiness and jerking of the videos...My old camera has gave up the ghost and I been using the small HD camera (To me a toy what they have on the market now days) Although it give great images however even with steady cam mode the small camera sucks in performance and the zooming in and out is terrible with much shakiness. The new cameras are too light and too small. They don't have a good feel to it when filming. Also these new cameras has no viewfinder which the camera companies need badly to put back on the products. The flat screen alone is no good to use in bright daylight which is my main big complete. I am now in the market for a better camera with a viewfinder and know I will be paying more for what I need.

Thanks Eddie! It is hard working with a small HD video camera, especially when it does not had a viewfinder and you have to depend on the flat screen in bright sunlight. However..I just got another new camera with a build in viewfinder, including a pull out flat screen. A little heavier camera that has a better feel. Its a DVD-HD disk style but you can also record with a 8 GB memory stick card by itself without using the disk. I will be using this the next time out at my next visit to Rawhide!

There is a lot of history of Blacksmith professions and it was the more needed career of the time of the wild west and even today it is still most respected! I also did a video a few years ago here on my channel, call: 'THE BLACKSMITH' Please..please check it out! The first part of the video was the Blacksmith at Rawhide that I got to be good friends with. I wonder if he was the one you were referring to of being your dad. I know he has a dad who is also a Blacksmith at Tombstone Arizona.
