I feel like the seller was rude. The way they flipped out the moment you asked for a refund. The way they were trying to blame you and try to convince you that you were the one who damaged the strip. That’s not how you respond to a customer rightfully requesting for refunds. They were awful, and it’s a shame no action was taken on them. They could continue to do the same to other customers when something goes wrong with their products. I understand that they gave you a new light strip as compensation, but a customer has rights to a refund if the product was faulty. They should have respected your choice of a refund from the beginning, instead of dragging it further to manipulation and finger-pointing.
Yess sadly that’s true :( After I posted this video, I posted a ss of my vid to rate the seller (I still gave them 5 stars tho) and the seller texted me and asked me why didn’t I tell them that I was a youtuber... Idk what their intentions are behind that text but like,, u should treat all customers unbiased & fairly, not based on who they are. I
hope this vid opened some sellers’ eyes to treat their customers nicely & calmly. It costs 0$ to be nice to people...

I really love this video it give me all the information I need to know and I literally buying some led light right now 💜
correct me if i'm wrong. i saw other seller who sell the same led strips as yours, and they suggest that it's best to connect the two individual strips to the ir receiver and not to each other. that's why they sell it 5m+5m and gave you the ir adapter with two connecting ends (same as 15m, they'll give you 5m+5m+5m and an ir adapter with three ends). if you connect the strip to each other, the strip furthest from the ir receiver will most likely to break first. hope this will help you next time you want to put another led strips
hii im not sure abt it breaking, but the strip furthest from the ir receiver will be dimmer. But if u use 5m+5m the difference in the brightness of the light stip isnt rlly noticeable. I know a lot of ppl who got 15m complained abt the 3rd strip being rlly dim tho

well I think I buy it from the same shop maybe ? buy it cannot turn on , I think it is because my bed has a window and I open the window so BIG , and at beside the window I put the adapter , so I think when it’s rain , it felt at the adapter and because of that it cannot use , so I decide to buy a new adapter
