you know how there's 4 different wires at that box thing that comes with the lights? Make sure the colors of the wires are connecting to the same color, or just turn it the other way and connect it

Yes it will strip some paint off your wall if you remove it improperly. In order to reduce damages you must heat up the adhesive of the strip with a hair dryer set on high heat or a heat gun as you remove the strip off the wall to loosen the adhesive, hence make the removal more easy on the wall:) Answered as quick as I could buddy!

Pressing the "Flash" button a second time will not quit the lights from flash mode. In order to quit the lights from flashing, you must select a different light mode or colour, make sure you are pointing well at the sensor and not the lights themselves when doing so and if you still have issues, a discharged controller battery could be the problem and can hinder the controllers capability of changing light modes, you can find replacement batteries at your local dollar store or on amazon. :)

When I try to turn off my leds they don’t turn off they just become red and when I press the button green it gives me yellow and when I press the color blue it gives me pink I don’t know why it’s doing that
Its a manufacturing design flaw in some brands of led light strips, to counter this you’ll have to make use of the diy buttons to create your own red button

Your remote control may not have batteries or it may have ran out
