Congrats on your move to SJDS! Nicaragua is truly a beautiful country and the Canadian expat community there is just phenomenal. Wishing you and your family the absolute best. Hope you enjoy "The Land of Lakes and Volcanoes" Cheers from Miami ✌🏻😎
It's really uplifting to see someone with similar health issues to mine do something like this. Sometimes I feel like my life will never have any excitement because my IBD/Crohns seems to rule everything. Thank you for sharing this exciting journey! Congrats on the move!
Wow what a change living in Nicaragua will be. I remember following your health diagnosis. I wish you luck and happiness. Please keep us updated here on UA-cam 👍💖
It's great to see someone taking the steps necessary to get from Canada to Nicaragua. We hope to do the same within the next 2 or 3 years. Did you form the corporation to meet immigration requirements for the investment visa? Subscribed & following your new life challenges.
Hi It must be very exited time for you. We are couple who taking into consideration buying the house in Nicaragua. I have a quick question. Do you recommend to buy the house via estate agent or rather privately?
I am nicaraguan-US citizen, as nicaraguan i make a call to the goverment of Nicaragua to have a control o selling lands in order to build expensive house which the most nicagua people can't afford. The north american people got in mind that here in nicaragua we have an income in dollars. So i make a call to Nicaraguan goverment to keep an eyes on this problem.
We are researching places to relocate to from Canada. I'm sick of winters. I love the houses you were looking at. Our budget would be $300,000 Canadian total and may have to include some sort of rental income. How far out of range is this for the properties you were looking at? I heard it's cheaper there but I'm not sure how much cheaper.
I have colitis too and I stopped taking my meds I am fine and I just don’t do certain things that flairs me up. Just get off of it slowly. U don’t need it since ur somewhere natural now. I am in Ontario Canada I want to move wish we can connect if u like
Yes. You can get back in control of your health and I can help you if and when you are open. That is actually what I do. I am a woman health mentor. I was watching another one of your moving journey videos yesterday and said out loud. “Man lady! We need to talk.😅” Anyway that is not my main reason for reaching out. We have friends moving there soon from Australia and we also are considering moving. Somewhere ‘safe’ with the strict covid rules. Unlike you we can’t pop over and check it out. So can you tell me more about the development you guys moved too? Is there a website? How big are the lots?
Sorry to comment in the middle of your conversation but we are also in Australia and I was wondering if you ended up moving. We've been considering leaving for Nicaragua also. Thanks :)
I have good friends here in Texas from Nicaragua who say they'd help me get down there, and I'm seriously thinking about taking 'em up on the offer. Texas takes great pride in its extremely high property taxes, so I gotta get out.
Who buy houses or land in Nicaragua buy it at it's own risk, is a country always with political unrest. There was a revolution and there are lots of confiscated properties whose owners live in exile and as soon there is real democracy they will claim it.
No it isn't that dramatic 😊, take a trip first and you'll love it, trust me you will 💖, and yes it's a safe place, I feel safer walking the streets in Nicaragua than the ones in Miami.
Good For You! 🙂👍
You are very fortunate to enjoy the best things of Nicaragua.

Hi
It must be very exited time for you.
We are couple who taking into consideration buying the house in Nicaragua.
I have a quick question. Do you recommend to buy the house via estate agent or rather privately?
I would definitely recommend an agent. They will also set you up with a great lawyer :)
@@allisonsjourney thanks❤
How you move your stuff down there? I'm moving from Canada. I just bought a house in El Camino Del Sol.
Hi just wondering what are the price ranges for a small house , my fiancé and I are both moving down and we are planing on purchasing a house

Be cateful of the future there due to the politics.

Can you explain the immigration paperwork and requirements to be able to live in Nicaragua please?
Sure, I'll add it to my video list :)
how difficult to access a gastroenterologist?
No hard at all. I contacted the hospital and they referred me to a gastroenterologist 😊
How much a smaller house for lonely man would cost on.
Such island.?
With 300,000 you can get a good place.. if you need help my husband can ,help ..I'm ,from Nicaragua..my husband is American
You can easily get a nice house for 100K. Im not an agent, just a realistic person.
How are property taxes there?
Yes. You can get back in control of your health and I can help you if and when you are open. That is actually what I do. I am a woman health mentor.

I've owned several homes in Texas and the vey low apprasials kept the taxes not just affordable but low.
Yep, I’m from Nicaragua and you can get a beautiful house there with less money than a house in USA. People are so friendly too
Hi, Are you still eating gluten free? Would that be a problem in Nicaragua?
Hi. Yes, I'm a Celiac so I have to eat gluten free. Luckily there are lots of gluten free options in Nicaragua :)
Do you have an real state attorney I can hire? I’m planning to come in August and buy my house, someone trustworthy

The volume of the video too low. Introduction ok.

What you are saying is completely false.
a false comment from a fake news
Here two years later and this family was done horribly wrong by the political corruption of SJDS. So sad.
There is a reason it's not a prevalent medical issue there ;) !!!
How safe is living in Nicaragua? It sounds like a dramatic move.

I love you.
Good luck but I say rent.
Did you dislike Canada? I’m getting disgusted with the USA.
You are not alone.
I lived in NYC 30 years....sick of attitude and racial preference
Canada is worse, the liberals have destroyed everything
welcome to Nicaragua
We also live in BC, Canada. What is the vaccine atmosphere there? Is it going communistic like Canada?
Not at all :)
