Thanks for the kind feedback. Yes, as I understand it, it's one pro voice clone in the creator account. However, you might reach out to elevenlabs directly if you're interested in being a voice talent and creating different styles.

in ElevenLabs, click "go to app." Then, from the left menu, click "voices." Now, toward the right, near the top, click "Add new voice." From the popup that appears, the option on the bottom is "Professional Voice Cloning." Click that one and follow the instructions.
What if you want to do multiple voices? for example the more professional one vs the casual one, or the children story telling one vs the information for adult one? and how much do you have to pay to keep doing this to get your voice out there? does it get your voice out to where?
Elevenlabs only allows one professional voice clone per account. If you choose to make your professional voice clone available, it shows up in the voice library for others to use.
@excelerator I like this but what if your voice gets hacked and used in bad ways in the future...against you. Is there any kind of legal paper work to say you've basically published your voice for the world?
That is a legit concern!! I don't know that there's a paper, but I think it would be easy enough to prove through some screenshots of your ElevenLabs account and the terms of service when you setup your voice clone to be offered in the library. I'm not saying that is enough to protect you because, truly, once something is out there, even if you prove it wasn't you, you can't un-ring the bell. On the other hand, what's to stop anyone from ripping my voice from one of my videos and creating a clone without my knowledge or permission? I guess it would be more work for someone to do it that way and less likely that they would, given that they can use an already cloned voice from the library. If you can't tell, I'm thinking out loud here and not really coming up with a definitive position... it's a wild world we're living in and anything is possible (good or bad.)

I wonder - could you imitate a voice - say a posh man or a certain accent and get accepted? Thanks!
I believe so. I can't point to specific examples, but I think I recall seeing voice actors that have created multiple voices in different "styles"

I don't know for sure, but downgrading to a plan that does not include PVC may be the issue. Reach out to elevenlabs support to find out.
